So what's in the ol' paper pile this morning?

As we discussed yesterday, Spencer Fordin reported that Pete Walker is heading to Japan. As one of Pete's big supporters this off-season, I hope he wins the Japanese equivalent of the Cy Young award.
Rosie Dimanno of the Star reports that "Tosca delivers speech to Jays". She states that she "didn't realize the Jays actually stood for anything, value-wise, except maybe value for the dollar in a financially two-tiered baseball division where the gluttonous high rollers have gone spendthrift gaga." Has Dimanno been sharing a concrete hole with Saddam Hussein? I guess we'll have to wait for Jackie Harvey to give us the outside scoop.
