Via Rotoworld it appears Romero has been sent down.  Not yet showing up on the Jays site, but big news if true.

Note:
Confirmed via Sportsnet, which is owned by the same people who own the Jays thus I'd put this in 100% official status.

In many ways not a major shock to box members as Romero struggled last year and has been struggling all spring.  After he was pounded by Pirates minor leaguers and today went 4 1/3 IP allowing 6 hits, 3 runs, 2 earned, 3 walks, 2 strikeouts and it was viewed as 'solid' by the headline writers at MLB.com (geez have their standards dropped) it appears the limit has been reached and he will stay in Dunedin for awhile to get his pitching back to solid ground.

JA Happ has been declared the 5th starter until Romero can find the strike zone on a regular basis.
