Sunday's game featured strong starting pitching performances by Drew Hutchinson, Daniel Norris, and Shane Dawson.  Bluefield had no problem with Princeton, as they won by ten runs.

Today the Bisons faced a recently promoted Anthony Ranaudo, and weren’t able to score any runs off of him.  Anthony Gose scored the only run in the 8th inning off of a throwing error from Will Middlebrooks.

Shane Dawson from Alberta was fantastic in his second start for Vancouver as he pitched 5 scoreless innings, giving up 4 hits, with no walks, and nine strikeouts.

In the fifth innings Seth Conner knocked in two runs via a single.  Chaz Frank had a double the next at-bat scoring Seth Conner before eventually being thrown out at third.

Bluefield 13 – Princeton 3

Bluefield was hitting everything thrown at them today, which included 10 runs scored in the fourth inning.  Nico Taylor, Jonathan Davis, and Mitch Nay each hit home runs helping the offense today.
