TSN is reporting the Blue Jays are calling up Ricky Romero (LHP), Luis Perez (LHP), Jeremy Jeffress (RHP), Kyle Drabek (RHP) and Mike Nickeas (C) and have them with the Jays by Tuesday. All 40-Man Roster players, so who else gets the call-up?

Very surprised about Romero and Jeffress. And not sure what it says to some of the organizational soldiers like Lincoln and Storey that they aren't among the call-ups. Can't exactly see what there would be to lose by including them.
