Four wins and three losses. Eric Kratz had four hits and six RBI. AJ Jimenez also had four hits. Despite all those hits the Bisons had to go extra innings to win. Jairo Labourt pitched six hitless innings for Vancouver who won 1-0. New Hampshire and Lansing also won.

It's the weekend so I am trying a new format for the MLU, see below. If you want the play by play click on the box score link.

Buffalo 7 Syracuse 6 - 13 innings

Eric Kratz 4-5, 2 doubles, home run, Sac Fly, 6 RBI.
Kenny Wilson was promoted to replace Mastroianni, he had two hits.
AJ Jimenez had 4 hits and is hitting 280.
Esmil Rogers made the start, pitched five, had 8 K's, but gave up four hits and 3 walks.
Ryan Tepera blew the lead and has struggled in June.

New Britain 2 New Hampshire 6

Dalton Pompey is still looking for his first AA hit. He was 0-3 with a walk and a K.
Derrick Chung picked up a couple of hits and is now hitting 300. He doesn't have power, but he makes contact.
Arik Sikula struck out the four hitters he faced. He now has 20 K's in 15 innings. He has allowed 19 hits.

Dunedin 2 Tampa 5

The end of game batting averages for the nine starters start at 231 and top out at 266. That is a tight range.
Taylor Cole was roughed up for the third straight start. He has a WHIP over 2 in that span.

Lansing 3 Great Lakes 2

Mitch Nay is heating up again. After a down May he has a 783 OPS in June.
Jeremy Gabryszwski is getting better with a 2.35 June ERA. His K rate is better too, he has 19 in 23 June innings.
Dawel Lugo has one walk in June.

Tri-City 0 Vancouver 1

Tri-City had just one hit.
Jairo Labourt pitched six hitless innings, 3 walks, six K's.
Andrew Case gave up the only hit in the eighth.

Bluefield 1 Danville 8

Matt Smoral came back to earth with six hits and four walks in 2.1 innings.
Five of Smoral's seven outs were strikeouts.
I don't know what this means but five of the six hits off Smoral were ground balls.
Dan Jansen had the only extra base hit, a double.

GCL Braves 5 GCL Jays 4

Two Dominicans are leading the offense for the Jays.
Juan Kelly is almost 20. He had a hit and is hitting .417 with an OPS over 1100.
Juan Tejeda is 20, he had two hits and is hitting .357 with an OPS over 1200.
