Wednesday's loss to the Eugene Emeralds was the Canadian's sixth straight, extending back to last week's home stand against the Everett Aquasox.
Eugene got started early with a lead-off homer from Bo Davidson, but Vancouver got two of their own in the top of the second thanks to a Jackson Hornung RBI single that scored Eddie Micheletti Jr and Hornung himself due to a throwing error.
Jack Payton was a one-man wrecking crew for the Emeralds with four RBI'sRBIs and the home run.
Vancouver is now 17-24 on the season. The two teams play the third game of their series today at 6:35 PM PDT.Buffalo Bison
The Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs topped the Buffalo Bisons 8-5 Wednesday thanks to a four-run fifth inning and two more in the sixth.
The Bisons did hold a 4-2 lead heading into the bottom of the fifth thanks to a Rainer Nunez double that scored Davis Schneider and Alan Roden.
The wheels fell off for Buffalo in the next two innings when the Iron Pigs six runs gave them a 7-4 lead by the end of the sixth.
Buffalo is now 17-28 on the season. The two teams play the third game of their series today at 6:45 PM ET.
New Hampshire Fisher Cats
The Fisher Cats could only scratch across a single run in the bottom of the ninth in this one, as the Somerset Patriots had a 4-0 lead by that point.The lone bright spot for the Fisher Cats in this one was Dasan Brown, who had a run and two hits.
New Hampshire and Somerset's game today is postponed due to inclement weather and will be made up on May 24th.
Dunedin Blue Jays
The Tampa Tarpons six-run fourth inning was enough to seal the Dunedin Blue Jay's fate in the team's 9-5 loss Wednesday.
Dunedin did hold a 2-1 lead after three, but a Tyler Wilson double that scored Juan Matheus kicked off the sixth run fourth, and Tampa never looked back.
Dunedin and Bradenton play today at 6:30PM ET.
