NOTES

CJ Van Eyk had a rough first inning with five runs for Rochester. He hung in for four innings but gave up seven runs. Buffalo came back to lead 8-7 but Rochester won the battle of the bullpen. Andrew Bash gave up a pair and Hunter Gregory four.

The Bisons did hit three home runs, Will Robertson hit a two run shot, Orelvis a solo shot and Riley Tirotta a three run bomb. Tirotta had three hits. Orelvis's homer was his first since June 5th.

Tied at five all in the seventh, Peyton Williams doubled in the go ahead run and then Cade Doughty added an insurance sac fly. NH scored seven runs with six hits, the eight walks helped. The hot Charles McAdoo homered, his seventh.

Ryan Watson went six innings and was charged with four runs. Portland had nine hits but Watson had a 10-2 ground ball to fly ball ratio so the Cats were able to turn three DP's.

Vancouver took a two run lead to the ninth inning, blew it, and won in walk off fashion in the tenth. Arjun Nimmala drove in the first two Vancouver runs after the pitcher had loaded the bases with walks. Victor Arias hit a two run home run in the fourth inning. Chris McElvain started and was hit around a bit. He was charged with two runs but gave up six hits in 3.1 innings.

In the tenth inning Jay Harry, just back from AA, singled in the runner for the win. The C's had ten hits, Arias and Eddie Micheletti had two each.
