NOTES
Jake Bloss moved up to Buffalo and it didn't start well, walk, home run. So the Bisons were down 2-0 without recording an out. Bloss recovered to retire ten in a row before he issued another walk. Bloss was finished after four innings. Other than the first two hitters it was an excellent start. He struck out three. Yimi Garcia gave up the other two runs, he didn't complete his inning.
The Bisons were held to five hits.
Binghamton scored one run in the first inning off Chris McElvain and then added six more in the second. That was it for McElvain. The bullpen covered six innings just allowing one unearned run but it was too little too late.
The Fisher Cats had six hits, Jorge Burgos and Victor Arias had two each. Nick Goodwin had the only extra base hit, a double, and the only RBI.
Dylan Watts fitted in to the pattern of starting pitchers conceding early. Watts, making his high A debut, saw Spokane hit two first inning home runs off him. Spokane scored two more in the second inning and three in the third. But the C's exploded for 18 hits and 13 runs, good for the win.
Tucker Toman hit two home runs and a double and drove in five runs. Edward Duran had four hits. Eric Snow hit his second home run in high A and also had two singles. Peyton Williams and Alexis Hernandez also had three hits each.
Jojo Parker doubled and homered and drove in all three Dunedin runs. Jake Casey went 2-3 with a walk. He is technically on rehab from Vancouver and possibly will be with the C's next week.
Miguel Pantoja struck out six in four innings but also walked five. Sann Omosako had a quieter day, two innings, one hit, one K.
