Kent and I watched the game along with Aaron Gleeman of Aaron's Baseball Blog.

We had a few things to say... watch out, this is a massive log. Pun sort of intended. Editor's comments are in **double asterisks**.

**Pregame... Kent is watching Jzone ‘cause as we all know he’s got a thing for Hazel Mae**

coachkentw: This show is so lame; they're trying for the NBA market
Aaron Gleeman: is there an NBA market there? I mean, do people care about the Raptors?
coachkentw: It's a hot ticket because of a great new arena and Vince
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, I figured people were sick of Vince...like the Reds fans with Griffey
coachkentw: but it's not the Leafs
Aaron Gleeman: Soriano is like a machine! Line drive single

**...**

coachkentw: Who calls the Twins games on TV?
Aaron Gleeman: Dick Bremer and Bert Blyleven
coachkentw: Not bad; we have a moronic play-by-play guy
Aaron Gleeman: is Candiotti during today's game too
coachkentw: And a platoon of Cerutti and Candiotti
Aaron Gleeman: I actually like our guys, but I suspect outsiders would think they suck
coachkentw: Probably; he gets about 30 of 120 cuz JC wants to cut back
coachkentw: I'm too old to get into it but I wish I had 25 years ago
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, I always thought about it, just because I love sports so much, but I could never do it
coachkentw: There's only been about two decent Canadian baseball announcers
Aaron Gleeman: who?
coachkentw: Dan Shulman, now with ESPN
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, he is awesome
Aaron Gleeman: on radio especially
coachkentw: Dave Van Horne, Expos
Aaron Gleeman: hmmm, i don't think i know him
coachkentw: Knows the game, good company
Aaron Gleeman: but Shulman is great
Aaron Gleeman: and I like him, because he doesn't feel the need to wear a rug on his head like Marv Albert!
coachkentw: LOL -- Don Chevrier (now retired) was a good partner with Kubek years ago
coachkentw: But I hated Tony
coachkentw: Arrogant SOB
Aaron Gleeman: didn't kubek do national games too?
coachkentw: I think for NBC

**The game is beginning**

coachkentw: Yup, the knuckleballer's up in the booth
Aaron Gleeman: Blyleven is wearing a shirt that says "You know, today is my birthday"
Aaron Gleeman: That's all he has been talking about this week.
coachkentw: Loved that curve
coachkentw: I was a big fan of the Killebrew team
Aaron Gleeman: Doesn't look like much of a crowd
coachkentw: Armas Sr. -- dating myself
Aaron Gleeman: "Brad Radke is the Twins' stopper"
coachkentw: By default
Aaron Gleeman: I guess...
coachkentw: Candiotti has a face for radio
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, so does Blyleven.
Aaron Gleeman: Buck Martinez is doing Orioles games now, I guess they couldn't have him back in Toronto after they canned him as manager...
coachkentw: Haven't seen a lineup yet -- is Myers starting?
Aaron Gleeman: I don't know, I haven't see it either
coachkentw: Buck got a raw deal all around; he never should have taken the manager job
coachkentw: he was an icon up here
Aaron Gleeman: He has a bad voice, but I think he's a decent announcer
coachkentw: He improved so much from a terrible start
Aaron Gleeman: He worked with Shulman, right?
coachkentw: They were great together
Aaron Gleeman: So that was a real good team.
coachkentw: Dan can call a pitch -- sets up the analyst well
coachkentw: Excellent, Myers 7th
coachkentw: Hudson/Woodward 8-9
coachkentw: I like decent speed at the bottom
Aaron Gleeman: Did you know we painted the turf?
Aaron Gleeman: See the checkerboard pattern?
coachkentw: Why?
Aaron Gleeman: Cause it is falling apart and this hides it a little bit, I guess
coachkentw: Mohr in CF?????
Aaron Gleeman: Sunday after a night game, I guess
Aaron Gleeman: Maybe Torii is banged up from that layout last night
coachkentw: Good point
Aaron Gleeman: no Guzman, no Hunter, no Jones
coachkentw: But isn't Dusty a bit immobile?
Aaron Gleeman: He's not awful out there, I'd rather stick Kielty there, but I am basically the #1 Kielty supporter in the universe
Aaron Gleeman: They finally bench Jones for a game and it is against a righty!
Aaron Gleeman: Crazy.
coachkentw: A hittable RH too
Aaron Gleeman: yeah

**First pitch**
coachkentw: Stewart is a great 2-strike hitter
coachkentw: And a very tough out
Aaron Gleeman: career .302 hitter...not bad
Aaron Gleeman: oh wait, Jacque Jones is the DH
coachkentw: That makes sense
coachkentw: Routine F8. Still a decent AB
Aaron Gleeman: Blue Jays' wins...88-84-83-80-79. Our announcers have mentioned that every game of the series now.
coachkentw: The corner's been turned
coachkentw: Nice eye, Cat
Aaron Gleeman: Catalanotto looks like he's about 13 years old
coachkentw: Hitting machine
coachkentw: If he stays healthy this is an amazing lineup
Aaron Gleeman: Wells has really impressed me this series, defensively especially
coachkentw: Look at Wells -- he exudes confidence; it's a menacing stance
Aaron Gleeman: Low and outside is getting called a strike today I guess
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, the Jays have a lot of "crouch" stances
coachkentw: Larry Vanover behind the plate, sets up way inside
coachkentw: Almost behind the hitter

**Wells grounds to SS, but Twins can't turn the DP**
Aaron Gleeman: Bremer just said "Rivas is the best pivotman in the league..."
coachkentw: Nice footwork by Mientkiewicz though
coachkentw: Everybody's good at something...
Aaron Gleeman: Imagine if Luis was a good player, they would never stop complimenting him
Aaron Gleeman: That is actually his best skill, turning the double-play.
coachkentw: Carlos is seeing the ball better; they booed him at home in Game Two
Aaron Gleeman: Wells seems like he should steal more bases
coachkentw: It's an organizational red light

** Delgado hits a 2-run homer to dead center**
Aaron Gleeman: oh boy
coachkentw: Bye!
coachkentw: A no-doubter
Aaron Gleeman: We are getting destroyed by homers in this series
coachkentw: Pitch could not have been more down the middle
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, that was bad.
coachkentw: No movement
Aaron Gleeman: Well, that was almost a nice start.
coachkentw: Phelps still has trouble identifying off-speed stuff.
coachkentw: He puts the fastball swing on changeups; it's his only weakness
Aaron Gleeman: Would you call him a "mistake hitter"?
coachkentw: Not at all
Aaron Gleeman: ok
coachkentw: He can catch up to any #1 in any location
Aaron Gleeman: Right, so he's just a fastball hitter at this point.
coachkentw: And he can hit a hanging curve 500 feet
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, he has massive power
coachkentw: But I'd bet on Jamie Moyer against him... slop and guile
Aaron Gleeman: yeah

**Bottom of the first. 2-0 Jays**
Aaron Gleeman: Did you know Lidle was signed by the Twins in 1991?
coachkentw: No
coachkentw: He's a late bloomer for sure
Aaron Gleeman: He's at DH because he hurt his ankle last night on that pickoff play
coachkentw: I sat right behind the plate for his first start
coachkentw: Lidle has a deceptive heater for a little guy
Aaron Gleeman: He was good aside from the 3 HRs in the first start, right?
coachkentw: Very good; he tried a 2-1 change to Posada, who guessed right
coachkentw: Then tried the same trick against Giambi
coachkentw: Twice
coachkentw: Maybe he was tipping it, because they were fastball counts
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, that's interesting that all 3 would be off the same pitch
coachkentw: He's painting the black again
coachkentw: Slider away now
coachkentw: Or splitter in the dirt
Aaron Gleeman: He was 2-7 in the first half last year
coachkentw: Same in 2001, a slow starter
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, he was unhittable late in the year though
coachkentw: but awesome in the second half
coachkentw: Hall of Fame August, 5-0, 0.20
coachkentw: Don't let GOMEZ back into an at-bat!

**Chris Gomez strikes out on 2-2 curveball**
coachkentw: WOW!
coachkentw: That was the pitch I wanted on 0-2
Aaron Gleeman: great breaking ball...he looked silly on that
coachkentw: I talked to Cory at the open practice...
Aaron Gleeman: nice guy?
coachkentw: Very. He said he was mixed up last spring; tried to add a new pitch and lost command of the old ones
coachkentw: Then scrapped the new one in June
Aaron Gleeman: We are done with Toronto and New York for the whole season in April
coachkentw: Oh... that was a strike before

**Koskie singles to CF**
coachkentw: Koskie didn't try to kill that, nice 2-strike hitting
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, he's really a very good hitter
Aaron Gleeman: He's very streaky though
coachkentw: I guess you really like your other Canadian
coachkentw: Down on the farm
Aaron Gleeman: Morneau?
coachkentw: I've never seen him
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, I'd like to see some power development, but he's gonna be a good hitter
coachkentw: Cuddyer was taking all the way on 2-0
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, interesting
coachkentw: Luckily
Aaron Gleeman: Koskie should have taken him out Albert Belle style!
coachkentw: That last pitch broke like a screwball
coachkentw: right in on his fists
Aaron Gleeman: He should've taken a hack at the 2-0
coachkentw: Tie game if he does; it did nothing
Aaron Gleeman: The one time a Twins hitter takes a pitch all year!
coachkentw: LOL
Aaron Gleeman: I've never seen a team more likely to swing on a 3-1 pitch
coachkentw: So what's going on in K.C?
coachkentw: Is Tony Pena a genius?
Aaron Gleeman: and without Beltran too!
Aaron Gleeman: They'll still lose 90 games
coachkentw: I know, or a pitching staff
Aaron Gleeman: I really like Ken Harvey though, he's fun to watch
Aaron Gleeman: he takes massive cuts

**Top of the 2nd. 2-0 Jays, Hinske to the plate**
coachkentw: Here's the only Jay who's still not in a groove
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, he looked bad in his AB last night
coachkentw: But he's a streaky hitter
coachkentw: Had some 5-HR weeks where he hit .500
coachkentw: And some like this one
Aaron Gleeman: the fact that they have to call Mientkiewicz a "Former Gold Glove winner" is idiotic...he should've won the award last year
Aaron Gleeman: Just thought I'd mention that
coachkentw: He should win it every year

**Our Hero enters the chat room**
coachkentw: Hey Craig
tybaltgreen: Let me just say this... we have angered the gods here in Southern Ontario
coachkentw: SARS?
Aaron Gleeman: That's for booing our anthem!
tybaltgreen: This weather is an obvious sign that we have transgressed His law.
tybaltgreen: The situation seems to demand a sacrifice.
coachkentw: Hard to coach baseball here in the Arctic
tybaltgreen: I would like to propose Doug Creek...
coachkentw: Second that
tybaltgreen: Doug Creek it is then.
Aaron Gleeman: Agreed
Aaron Gleeman: I am willing to offer up Lui....nevermind
tybaltgreen: I spent two hours this morning chopping my car out of two feet of solid ice.
coachkentw: I've Bermanized him to "Up On Cripple" Creek
tybaltgreen: Nice. Never in my life have I ever shovelled my car out with an axe.

**Hudson grounds a hot shot to Mientkiewicz, Jays go down 1-2-3**
tybaltgreen: Mientfhgwgads makes every play.
Aaron Gleeman: Radke would be rolling if not for Carlos.
coachkentw: O - Dawg hit a shot to the wrong man
coachkentw: If you type O- Dawg without a space you get O-D
tybaltgreen: If you listen to O-Dawg for more than five minutes you O-D
coachkentw: Five minutes would be torture
Aaron Gleeman: Is he a "smooth-looking cat"?
tybaltgreen: He's great. I love his energy... he's a terrific addition to this team.
tybaltgreen: You know, Hudson reminds me a lot of another favorite athlete in Toronto, Jerome "Junkyard Dog" Williams.
Aaron Gleeman: I love Williams
Aaron Gleeman: offensive-rebounding machine
coachkentw: I once called him Rickey meets Mookie

**Bottom of the 2nd**
coachkentw: Lidle using off-speed stuff on Mientkiewicz
tybaltgreen: Nice
coachkentw: That's why!
Aaron Gleeman: 1/4 of our final 80 games are against Cleveland!
tybaltgreen: That was a splitter!?
tybaltgreen: Big break. Big.
Aaron Gleeman: We seriously need to start hitting...I'm getting worried
coachkentw: Craig, you missed a gorgeous curve earlier
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, to Gomez
coachkentw: Notice Myers is no liability back there
coachkentw: And he has a 1.000 OPS so far
tybaltgreen: You know something... when Lidle is working and hitting his spots he has similar abilities to Halladay. Good control, keeps the ball down, gets ground balls.
Aaron Gleeman: Lidle is definitely a solid #2 guy
coachkentw: Seven inches shorter angle than Doc
tybaltgreen: He looks like he's still in highschool, like Catalanotto
coachkentw: Or more if you count arm length

**Mohr K’s on 0-2 hook**
tybaltgreen: He's hitting his spots now
Aaron Gleeman: Wow
coachkentw: Larry likes him now; he'll get all the calls
tybaltgreen: Terrible call I thought. That was a couple inches off the plate.
Aaron Gleeman: The ump is a little more pitcher friendly today
coachkentw: Like I said...
tybaltgreen: Coach is right... once you start hitting the glove, you get the close ones.
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, I'd rather have an ump call close ones strikes than start squeezing
tybaltgreen: Exactly. Get the players swinging, get some balls in play.
tybaltgreen: Lidle's location against the Yankees was awful....
coachkentw: He threw about six bad pitches and got punished
coachkentw: Credit their hitters
tybaltgreen: Exactly. The Yankees are the epitome of patience in action.
Aaron Gleeman: They wait for crush pitches and then crush them.
coachkentw: But I was surprised at how quick he is
Aaron Gleeman: The White Sox aren't beating Detroit yet!
tybaltgreen: Have detroit scored a run?
coachkentw: This year?
Aaron Gleeman: 0-0 right now, or do you mean this season?
Aaron Gleeman: damn, he beat me to it!

**Woodward singles to start the 3rd**
coachkentw: Baby! Woody's back!
coachkentw: Just took that little bleeder last night
tybaltgreen: He's simplified... he's hitting down on the ball and using the turf
coachkentw: Somebody tell Eric... he wants to break his slump with a 5-run HR
tybaltgreen: And if you ever needed a lesson on why statistics don't show players as being streaky... that was an example. When guys struggle, they change approaches and make alterations, a constant process... which acts to counteract the f act that hitters are actually streaky to some degree.
coachkentw: If there's anything in your head -- anything -- your hitting suffers. It has to be reflexive, like Stewart

**Stewart singles...1st and 2nd...none out**
Aaron Gleeman: uh oh
tybaltgreen: Again through the infield
Aaron Gleeman: we need a popup here bad
coachkentw: You can think between pitches, but between AB is better

**Catalanotto singles, bases loaded, none out**
coachkentw: Oh my
Aaron Gleeman: oh boy
coachkentw: Cat is amazing
tybaltgreen: big boppers coming up
Aaron Gleeman: Can we start this game over?
Aaron Gleeman: We made some sort of roster move, but they won't say who/what - I am guessing Fetters to the DL
coachkentw: Sac fly here; he'll overswing. Single up the middle is called for.
tybaltgreen: Since Coach is offering predictions, I just have to say that what Aaron did last night was absolutely amazing
Aaron Gleeman: Yes, it was! :)
coachkentw: Like Ruth in '32
tybaltgreen: Before Phelps came up in the 11th, Aaron called "Phelps - homerun to left-center"
Aaron Gleeman: and, unfortunately, I was right
tybaltgreen: Aaron, you have money on this one again?
Aaron Gleeman: of course not!
tybaltgreen: :)
Aaron Gleeman: Lidle +150 though, would've been smart
tybaltgreen: No kidding! +150 is ridiculous
coachkentw: Good for Vernon; laid off Radke's pitch to go 3-2

**Vernon Wells draws a walk; 3-0 Jays, bases still loaded, none out**
Aaron Gleeman: geez, Radke walks in a run!
coachkentw: RBI BB -- the new Wells!
tybaltgreen: And now Carlos comes up with the bases loaded.
Aaron Gleeman: If he hits this out, I am leaving
coachkentw: Aaron, I don't gamble anymore, but when I was in action, I knew a guy with a baseball system
Aaron Gleeman: oh yeah? a complicated one?
coachkentw: He waited for a 3-game streak, and played that team until it was over
coachkentw: ignored the lines
Aaron Gleeman: hmmm
coachkentw: You catch every 10-gamer

**Delgado singles through Gomez, 5-0 Jays**
tybaltgreen: That was a nice shot by Delgado. Ate up Gomez.
Aaron Gleeman: ugh!
tybaltgreen: Delgado hit that *hard*.
coachkentw: Ugly; Guzman turns two
Aaron Gleeman: I doubt it.
coachkentw: Or goes home for the lead guy
Aaron Gleeman: Guzzy probably "olés" that
coachkentw: Oh yeah, the famous playoff play
tybaltgreen: Yeah Gomez is a better defender really than Guzman. He looked bad there though
Aaron Gleeman: nice play by Radke
Aaron Gleeman: looked at 2nd (possible DP), but threw to 3rd
tybaltgreen: Nice chance for Hinske to break out
coachkentw: Hinske hit it hard last time
tybaltgreen: RISP, 2 out
coachkentw: Wrong place
tybaltgreen: Nice high fastball
Aaron Gleeman: 89 MPH heat!
coachkentw: Good spot, up and away
Aaron Gleeman: crap, Chicago is up 1-0
tybaltgreen: That's over then

**Hinske strikes out on high fastballs**
Aaron Gleeman: well, that was a bad at bat (or good pitching)
coachkentw: Same place, K
tybaltgreen: Myers will take some pitches
coachkentw: "A ball or two off the plate; good pitcher's pitch" - Candiotti
tybaltgreen: He's a knuckleballer, everything was off the plate
coachkentw: Of course, Fauldsy has no idea what that means
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, didn't he just throw it down the middle and let it dance?
coachkentw: He mixed in a "fastball" when you least expected it
Aaron Gleeman: or a "straightball" at least
tybaltgreen: Radke just missed the call that Lidle got.

**Myers singles to LF, 6-0 Jays**
coachkentw: God I love Myers! Maybe it's my Huckabias
tybaltgreen: Yeah, it's nice to have a LH catcher who hits. It's not like he's Fabregas or anything either...
Aaron Gleeman: I can hear a phone ringing in the pen
coachkentw: He hit the pitch Hinske couldn't
coachkentw: To the only place on the field you can hit that pitch
Aaron Gleeman: I'd bet Fiore pitches at least 2 innings today
coachkentw: Good

**Middle 3rd. 6-0 Jays**
coachkentw: I'll say Aquilino gets a couple innings. Hasn't been used much, but Tosca brought Trever Miller into a tough spot.
tybaltgreen: We may have picked a dog to do this thing! 6-0 in the middle of the third.
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, last night would've been the game to do it
tybaltgreen: Livan's getting hit in Montreal. Big shocker there! Expos 4-3 Mets
coachkentw: Damn! I just realized I own Radke
Aaron Gleeman: So does Delgado, apparently

**Pierzynski grounds out 4-3**
tybaltgreen: Everything is on the ground.
coachkentw: One pitch out; gotta love it
Aaron Gleeman: 2 pitches! he took the first one!
coachkentw: Oops... I was looking at Batter's Box
tybaltgreen: Another close call for Lidle, 0-1
Aaron Gleeman: My man Luis will get a knock here
coachkentw: Umpy missed that one

**Rivas 5-3**
coachkentw: Nice smooth throw from Hinske; that's a relief
Aaron Gleeman: Bremer and Blyleven are already in "time kill" mode - they are discussing taxes
coachkentw: He's lost the double-clutch
tybaltgreen: Yeah Aquilino Lopez should get an outing here if Lidle keeps the big lead, that will be fun.
coachkentw: He looks like a taller Pedro
tybaltgreen: Is he older than Pedro? :)
coachkentw: Ask Gillick
coachkentw: He aged five years one day
Aaron Gleeman: man!

**Jones K. End 3rd, 6-0 Jays**
coachkentw: There's that screwbally thing again. Didn't use that at all vs. Yanks
tybaltgreen: That's the knuckle-curve, isn't it?
coachkentw: Maybe, but it breaks the "wrong" way. Great 2-strike pitch
tybaltgreen: Wilhelm had a knuckle-curve that broke like a screwball... according to Wilhelm.
Aaron Gleeman: we go to New York for 3 and Toronto for 3 after this...it could get ugly
coachkentw: Just get into the Yankees bullpen
Aaron Gleeman: We might wanna try to just score like 4 runs first.
Aaron Gleeman: Yep, Fetters on DL...and Juan Rincon called up. I told you they don't know Grant Balfour exists
coachkentw: Rincon had awesome spring numbers. I almost bought him in my deep AL league but settled for Fikac.
Aaron Gleeman: He's very hittable...I wish they'd give Balfour a shot.

**Top 4th: Stewart doubles, Woodward to third**
tybaltgreen: Big knock, he really does look like a batting titlist
Aaron Gleeman: I'd say Brad is just about done
coachkentw: Sorry, Aaron, but this is the team I've been touting on ESPN all spring
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, they're a good team when they get pitching
coachkentw: J.P. guaranteed .350 to some fans at the open practice... I was eavesdropping.
Aaron Gleeman: wow

**Catalanotto doubles, 8-0 Jays**
Aaron Gleeman: Cat bangs one off the baggy!
coachkentw: Off the baggie... HR anywhere else
Aaron Gleeman: Well, there goes our Pythagorean W/L record! He's done
coachkentw: Cat has two swings -- the gentle, inside-out one most of the time, and that one
tybaltgreen: Well, it's been a pleasure gentlemen, shall we do this again sometime?
Aaron Gleeman: LOL
Aaron Gleeman: Ladies and gentlemen...Juan Rincon!
coachkentw: I'd suggest next weekend but I'll be at the Dome; going to at least four of the next six
coachkentw: Craig, you should try to make Thursday night -- Doc & Pedro
tybaltgreen: That's the due date.
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, he's gonna be busy for a while
coachkentw: Your priorities are all messed up
tybaltgreen: It's not my fault... well it is, but still...
coachkentw: It's your wife's production, based on your idea
tybaltgreen: Directed by the OB.
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, good job! right in the middle of baseball season! For scheduling purposes, I think future babies should be conceived on opening day
tybaltgreen: Well, you know, April is good. Besides, I get to take twelve weeks off work right in the middle of the season, so that's nice.
coachkentw: When my first arrived, the crowning scared me -- I thought I'd sired a Conehead
tybaltgreen: This would surprise you?
coachkentw: Child of the 60s
coachkentw: Well, 50's

**Wells grounder to short, Cat hustles in to third with one down**
Aaron Gleeman: "This is not a Brad Radke day" - Blyleven
Aaron Gleeman: They are saying Radke got screwed up because he had an extra day between starts
tybaltgreen: Ah, productive outs. That was good baserunning by Cat
coachkentw: Cat does nothing wrong out there; he always has a plan
Aaron Gleeman: Radke is at the end of the dugout, working on his nails
Aaron Gleeman: Carlos doesn't get cheated up there
coachkentw: Carlos tried to hit it out of the building

tybaltgreen: Massive cut, little dolly grounder to the pitcher.
Aaron Gleeman: I like how Rincon looked him back to 3rd, like he's gonna sprint for home up 8-0 in the 4th
tybaltgreen: Aaron, call another home run for Phelps will you?
Aaron Gleeman: no! never again!
coachkentw: Nice movement on that slider
tybaltgreen: Rincon gets some decent movement side-to-side
coachkentw: jinx

**Josh Phelps strikes out**
coachkentw: Straight change is Josh's weakness
Aaron Gleeman: If he faces Phelps every at bat, Rincon could have a nice year
tybaltgreen: It's that long swing of his, takes a long time to get started so he has to swing early.
coachkentw: Stay away from #1!
Aaron Gleeman: It's too bad they let Radke start the 4th
tybaltgreen: Yeah, but if he sits on the change you might be in trouble.
coachkentw: So far, he can't seem to pick up the off-speed stuff. It's the only adjustment he needs to make
Aaron Gleeman: Detroit scored! 1-1
coachkentw: How's my boy Josh Stewart doing?
tybaltgreen: Yankess shouldn't blow this one. NY 6-1 TB
Aaron Gleeman: 6 hits through 4 innings
coachkentw: I needed a $1 pitcher...
Aaron Gleeman: I will be shocked if his ERA is below 5.00 this year (if he stays in the rotation) I mean, he allowed a run to Detroit, how good could he be?
coachkentw: I'm hoping he becomes their Santana
Aaron Gleeman: he has a better chance of being the Santana
tybaltgreen: Black Magic Pitcher
Aaron Gleeman: Helton took Schilling deep in Coors. 3-run shot.
tybaltgreen: Tra-la! He's started real well
coachkentw: Glass slipper broke for Rodrigo Lopez vs. BoSox
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, 9-1 in the 6th...Nomar just went deep
tybaltgreen: Looks like Atlanta are going to stop the bleeding. Atl 9-4 Fla top 7th
coachkentw: Millar is a stud. And a dirtbag, I love those guys

**Bottom 4th: Myers takes a pitch in the dirt off his neck guard**
Aaron Gleeman: did that get him in the area?
coachkentw: OW!
tybaltgreen: I thought it was a tip, just a ball in the dirt
coachkentw: Right in the throat
coachkentw: Both Myers and Wilson are in fantastic shape
tybaltgreen: I'd put Huck in and get him looked at. Soft tissue, dangerous area...
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, that could be serious
tybaltgreen: He looks like he's OK... he's wincing but not in obvious pain
coachkentw: Tough old man
Aaron Gleeman: that's a tough mother
tybaltgreen: Grizzled
coachkentw: He'll have a flap on that mask next time
tybaltgreen: Speaking of dirtbag, what is with Mientkiewicz's batting helmet? That's disgusting with the rosin and pine tar.
Aaron Gleeman: He wants to be Craig Biggio when he grows up. I like it, goes with his overall theme - no batting gloves and all that
coachkentw: Did you ever see the time Yeager was kneeling in the on-deck circle and a bat splinter stuck into his neck?
tybaltgreen: Coach, thanks for reminding me. That was gross, but not nearly as scary as Clint Malarchuk.
coachkentw: wince
coachkentw: I was there, it was at the Murph. We were a bit tipsy and in the upper deck, so it took a while to believe what I was seeing
Aaron Gleeman: Corey is gonna hit balls down that line till one drops, I guess

**Koskie flies out to center, 2 down**
Aaron Gleeman: only 50 pitches for Lidle, he's cruising
coachkentw: Start trading for him; the second half has arrived early
tybaltgreen: That was a nice swing by Cuddyer. You can see why he kills AAA pitching.

**Cuddyer triples to right off the baggie**
tybaltgreen: Foolish to try for the triple. But safe.
coachkentw: A RF over 5'10" gets that.
Aaron Gleeman: He hit a lot of triples in the minors
tybaltgreen: A real rightfielder might get it regardless. Cat wasn't in control.
tybaltgreen: I was wrong... replay shows it was too high for him regardless.
coachkentw: You should never be backing up. Ever.
coachkentw: Speaking of triples, though it was an E-8, did you see Vidro run on that fly ball Andruw butchered?
Aaron Gleeman: nope
tybaltgreen: I missed that.
coachkentw: Carlos would have done a U-turn on his way to 1B
Aaron Gleeman: it was a routine fly ball, right?
coachkentw: Straightaway to the warning track
tybaltgreen: Vidro ran all the way?
Aaron Gleeman: Andruw is losing it! :)
coachkentw: He took his eye off it, and there was Jose rounding second
tybaltgreen: That's my boy. A perfect summation of why he is my favorite player in the majors.
coachkentw: Having to look at Frank if you screw up helps
tybaltgreen: Tell me about it!
coachkentw: The anti-Buck

**Mientkiewicz Ks on a pitch in the dirt to end the 4th**
Aaron Gleeman: geez
Aaron Gleeman: Buck looks way better with the gray hair though, or white hair.
coachkentw: Don't we all
coachkentw: I love the Baseball North ads... just saw Halladay dump Gatorade on Tosca for the first time. And the weight room fight (Wilson and Huckaby) over Orr vs. Howe
Aaron Gleeman: In the Orioles game yesterday when Baltimore walked in the tying run, Martinez goes "that's why managers get gray hair"
tybaltgreen: On Robinson... last year I was watching a game in September where Macias was playing third, and threw a three-bouncer to Wilkerson at first,
coachkentw: Did Robby hit him?
tybaltgreen: It was the final out, they head back to the dugout, and as the camera pans over the dugout you see FRobby looming over Macias, right in his face, apparently asking him what he thought he was doing.
tybaltgreen: Try as I might to release myself from being an Expos fan, they keep drawing me back in.
coachkentw: I'm the same way with the Cards, since Stan the Man, and Schoendienst.
Aaron Gleeman: Hinske is looking pretty bad
tybaltgreen: Yeah, he is struggling badly with everything...
Aaron Gleeman: for Twins fans reading this...Javy Valentin just hit a homer against the Yankees
tybaltgreen: Gary Knotts is shutting down the White Sox so far. 1-1.
Aaron Gleeman: amazing
tybaltgreen: Myers goes to 3-2... he really does force a lot of pitches.
Aaron Gleeman: you know, Rincon looks great
tybaltgreen: He does!
coachkentw: They just showed the Valentin blast. 5-second hang time

**Hudson singles**
coachkentw: I hate Clemens
tybaltgreen: You're just jealous becasue Rob Dibble likes his butt more
Aaron Gleeman: ha
coachkentw: In my twisted mind, he caused Jeter's injury... by head-hunting Phelps
Aaron Gleeman: uh....
coachkentw: karma
Aaron Gleeman: ah, ok
coachkentw: I never claimed to be logical...
Aaron Gleeman: Griffey is out at least 6 weeks
tybaltgreen: Gotta be more.
coachkentw: They were taunting him in his own park
tybaltgreen: They hate him now. It's really passionate now.
Aaron Gleeman: he needs to a) go somewhere else and b) stop playing centerfield
coachkentw: They deserve to finish second-last
tybaltgreen: First base. He MUST play first base.
Aaron Gleeman: or DH
Aaron Gleeman: if he's running and stopping and starting and diving...it's gonna be trouble
tybaltgreen: Well at first he doesn't take the pounding... and it's not as if Cin have an elite first baseman

**Kielty singles to lead off the bottom of the 5th**
Aaron Gleeman: Bobby!
coachkentw: Brett Myers 11 K through 6, losing 1-0 to Benson
tybaltgreen: Another groundball.
Aaron Gleeman: I have a new Kielty/Johan Liberation Watch on my blog
Aaron Gleeman: 11 Ks is amazing, he struck out like 35 in 75 innings last year
coachkentw: Filthy stuff and quite an attitude
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, but his K rate has never been great
tybaltgreen: It's the free-swinging Pirates though.
tybaltgreen: Pierzynski missed that change by a foot.
Aaron Gleeman: LOL, that's an essential note
coachkentw: So is Lidle on a pitch count?
Aaron Gleeman: I bet he goes 6
tybaltgreen: I would think they'd like to get him out after 90
coachkentw: I leave him in until they score, but that's me
Aaron Gleeman: then we rock Lopez for 9 runs in the 7th

**Pierzymski grounds into a 4-3 double play**
Aaron Gleeman: wow, nice DP
coachkentw: Un-freaking-believable
tybaltgreen: Very nice double play... good stop by Woodward, backhand flip to Hudson, GREAT *hard* throw by Hudson to get Pierzynski
coachkentw: I yelled "no" when Hudson threw it, thought he had no chance. A.J. runs like me
tybaltgreen: Woodward had to get down in a hurry, it was a shot right by the bag.
Aaron Gleeman: I'm sick of playing non-Detroit teams
tybaltgreen: It was great to see someone throw the ball *hard*. Instead of a little flip.
coachkentw: I want to see the replay; I think Orlando was surprised he had a chance to turn two
tybaltgreen: He planted, readied, and fired. I think Butterfield is paying off! I got so sick of watching infielders in Toronto lollipop throws to first.
coachkentw: Butter is an MVP
coachkentw: MVC
tybaltgreen: Absolutely.
Aaron Gleeman: Bowa just got ejected.
tybaltgreen: There was a story in the paper about why he was fired by the Yankees, I forget what it was exactly.
coachkentw: You may be thinking of Showalter, who put his job on the line for Butter and got canned.
Aaron Gleeman: Our announcers are in serious chatter mode right now
coachkentw: Candiotti is trying hard, but there's nobody in the booth with him who knows anything about baseball
Aaron Gleeman: White Sox have the bases juiced
coachkentw: Showalter gets a bad rap -- he's one of the smartest guys I've ever met
Aaron Gleeman: Speaking of Showalter, they miked Hershiser on ESPN and he is absolutely the most boring guy on the planet.

**Rincon strikes out Stewart and Catalanotto back-to-back**
tybaltgreen: Well I'm terrifically impressed with Juan Rincon.
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, me too...forget everything I ever said about him
coachkentw: Yeah, he overpowered Cat
Aaron Gleeman: we might wanna think about scoring a run at some point
tybaltgreen: But that would break the shutout. You can't break the shutout!
Aaron Gleeman: good point
coachkentw: Save the runs for NY
tybaltgreen: The rain is the only thing that can stop the KC juggernaut
Aaron Gleeman: is it raining in KC?
tybaltgreen: Yeah, they're in a delay.
tybaltgreen: Alan Trammell is going for 0-162
coachkentw: Higginson and Young hitting .056 in the 3-4 spots
tybaltgreen: I was saying to Aaron yesterday that after yesterday's game, their 3-4-5-6 hitters were hitting .056, .056, .077, .083
Aaron Gleeman: their whole team was at like .111
tybaltgreen: That's the heart of their order
coachkentw: With bad D, except at 1B
Aaron Gleeman: Kingsale isnt bad in CF, or Higginson in RF. But otherwise, yeah
coachkentw: Higgy doesn't care any more, just cashes the cheques
Aaron Gleeman: For our American readers: Checks :)
tybaltgreen: Pena, Higginson, and Kingsale... none of those guys are good defenders, though. They're OK.

**Bottom 6th: Luis Rivas steps in**
coachkentw: Nice pitch -- Faulds called the K on the most obvious foul ball of all time
Aaron Gleeman: Luis Luis...oh oh...you gotta go
Aaron Gleeman: I think I botched the lyrics, but close enough
tybaltgreen: They showed a shot of Gil Patterson **Jays pitching coach**, he looks exactly like Phil Hartman when he wears those glasses.
coachkentw: 6 K's, 0 BB for Lidle
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, but Cuddyer took on 2-0!

**Jones lines a double down the LF line**
Aaron Gleeman: there we go
coachkentw: Faulds wants Jones to try for three in an 8-0 game!
Aaron Gleeman: we've got em just where we want em now...
coachkentw: Lidle is getting every pitch over and Myers is mixing them up beautifully
coachkentw: Even the double was just good hitting on a perfect pitch

**Chris Gomnez singles to left, 8-1 Blue Jays**
tybaltgreen: Nice seeing-eye single.
coachkentw: Nice LF arm
Aaron Gleeman: How did Stewart ever get an "AV" arm in LF? **Diamond Mind Baseball**
coachkentw: A rainbow 150-foot lob
Aaron Gleeman: I always thought his arm was horrendous
coachkentw: It's an old football injury. It's the worst I've ever seen

**Koskie flies out to center**
Aaron Gleeman: freaking Wells!
coachkentw: Routine
tybaltgreen: Great running catch, got a good jump on the ball and coasted to the track
Aaron Gleeman: I am so sick of him right now
coachkentw: He doesn't even have the decency to breathe hard after that
Aaron Gleeman: Kent and I were discussing if we'd do a Torii for Vernon trade
coachkentw: If the salaries were the same it's close
tybaltgreen: Yeah but they're not. The Jays wouldn't. No way.
Aaron Gleeman: I said I would do it if I got Vernon's $3 mill a year salary
coachkentw: So what CF would you trade Wells for?
tybaltgreen: Vernon is on a five-year deal... Hunter's salary goes nuclear next year. Vernon has a much higher upside as well.
tybaltgreen: Not Beltran.
coachkentw: None of the older guys really
Aaron Gleeman: Hunter and Wells are very similar players.
tybaltgreen: I agree Aaron, they are VERY similar. If Byrd is the real deal, he'll be close.
coachkentw: Puckett lite
Aaron Gleeman: Wells basically did last year (at 23) what Torii did in 2001 (at 25)
Aaron Gleeman: I love Torii, but I really like Wells too
tybaltgreen: I would trade him for Andruw Jones I think. I'd think hard about it anyway

**End of the 6th. 8-1 Jays**
coachkentw: They just took Koskie out. Hocking at 3B
tybaltgreen: Koskie not feeling well?
coachkentw: And Rincon throws a lamb chop past a hungry wolf...
Aaron Gleeman: He's had a bad back/groin all spring and had the flu/food poisoning lately. This is the 3rd or 4th game he's left early.

**Delgado strikes out**
Aaron Gleeman: Serious, Juan Rincon looks unhittable
coachkentw: 6 K's for Rincon
tybaltgreen: Is Berkman a CF? :) Just because he plays as a centerfielder, doesn't mean he is a centerfielder. But if he is, I say Berkman.
coachkentw: He wouldn't be a gold glover in left but yeah, that's a serious stick.
Aaron Gleeman: if you're drafting CFs right now, Vernon Wells would go near the very top, I would think

**Jays go down 1-2-3 in the seventh**
tybaltgreen: Rincon is really flinging it.
coachkentw: OK, no need to use Lidle any more. Bring on Lopez (our Rincon). Just 83 pitches, but why extend him?
tybaltgreen: It's April, I’d rather have him go 80 now than 100
coachkentw: Yeah, and keep this memory for next time instead of maybe a poor inning.
Aaron Gleeman: Vernon's #1 comp according to Prospectus' PECOTA thingy is Rondell White
coachkentw: PECOTA doesn't consider durability I guess
tybaltgreen: Rondell White was a dynamite player.
Aaron Gleeman: This is ridiculous - they project Vernon to be worth 2.5, 3.0, 2.8, 2.5 and 2.4 WINS from 2003-2007.
coachkentw: K/BB ratio not good
Aaron Gleeman: He was worth 3.7 LAST YEAR!

**Lidle comes out to start the bottom of the 7th**
coachkentw: Lidle won that argument, if there was one
tybaltgreen: The pen is up now.
Aaron Gleeman: So a 23 year old is gonna be worth 20-30% less than he was in his first season for his next 5 years?!
tybaltgreen: Well it may be his comp list Aaron... Rondell declined at 24-25, for one
coachkentw: That's gotta be a 2-seam that breaks away from lefties
Aaron Gleeman: still...

**Mientkiewicz walks**
Aaron Gleeman: Blyleven says he'll get a tattoo if we win this game
coachkentw: First walk of the year
Aaron Gleeman: Bremer is unwilling to shave his head.
tybaltgreen: Time for another GB double play
coachkentw: Hey, they're more entertaining than our two stiffs.

**Kielty singles to center, runners on first and second**
Aaron Gleeman: BOBBY!
coachkentw: Good hitting
Aaron Gleeman: Vernon's #1 comp on BaseballReference.com is Roy Sievers!
coachkentw: A bit before your time, but I had his rookie card
Aaron Gleeman: Who used to walk like a madman
coachkentw: No gun, but that was about 72 mph
Aaron Gleeman: I think it's a mistake letting Lidle start this inning, regardless of what happens
Aaron Gleeman: Now they are simply saying that Blyleven will get a tattoo if Bremer shaves his head, regardless of the game
coachkentw: I first-guessed it, and I hate it when I'm right
coachkentw: I suppose you need practice getting out of jams
Aaron Gleeman: geez
Aaron Gleeman: Lots of swings and 3-foot misses today
coachkentw: Changeup
tybaltgreen: cut fastball maybe? it was 81
coachkentw: Oh, good, the fast guy
Aaron Gleeman: Tomorrow's Yankees game has been called off
tybaltgreen: Why!?
Aaron Gleeman: Rain, I guess
coachkentw: Ice storm?
tybaltgreen: Apparently. I guess New York has angered the gods as well. So you get a doubleheader on Tuesday!
Aaron Gleeman: I guess... we can lose twice in one day!
tybaltgreen: No, I guess Tuesday there was a scheduled off-day.
coachkentw: Lidle has a little steam left, but the control's fading
tybaltgreen: He can't find the glove
Aaron Gleeman: It doesn't matter, we aren't gonna walk anyway
tybaltgreen: In there hackin'!
Aaron Gleeman: Detroit took a 2-1 lead!!
tybaltgreen: Two errors and a wild pitch?
Aaron Gleeman: Let's see... Double, Walk, Single. All with 2 outs.
coachkentw: Here comes the 100th and last pitch...
coachkentw: OK, one more
Aaron Gleeman: Blyleven just predicted a "base hit or a double here"
coachkentw: No chance of a triple :)
Aaron Gleeman: He had some triples last year!
Aaron Gleeman: 6 triples last year! HA!
coachkentw: Cory's got him set up for the curve inside

**Pierzynski fouls off an inside curve down the line**
coachkentw: See?
tybaltgreen: Yup and he nearly got that double!
coachkentw: Good job to foul that one off -- 11-pitch AB!

**Pierzynski tapper to Lidle, 2 out**
coachkentw: Nice footwork to avoid the bathead
Aaron Gleeman: they are now interviewing the mascot in the booth

**Like ringin’ a bell, Rivas grounds out 5-3**
Aaron Gleeman: Luis!
coachkentw: Hinske almost threw it away
tybaltgreen: It's 12-2 Red Sox in the bottom of the 9th.
Aaron Gleeman: I think maybe their bullpen can hold that, if Chad Fox doesn't come in
coachkentw: Or Mendoza.
coachkentw: 6 RBI for Hillenbrand
tybaltgreen: Rincon has thrown 46 pitches in four innings, 35 strikes. Very very impressive. Good location, good movement, and a live fastball.
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, he looks way better than I remembered him looking at any point last year.
tybaltgreen: Four innings down with only 46 pitches is impressive, even when trailing.
tybaltgreen: Hey! Expos win! Expos win!
coachkentw: 17 hits and they roughed up Benitez
tybaltgreen: Liefer won it with a 3-run shot.
Aaron Gleeman: What a bargain, all they had to give up for him was Colon (or Brandon Phillips, Cliff Lee and Grady Sizemore)
tybaltgreen: Yeah but they also got a sore-armed 40-year old pitcher!
coachkentw: 45

**Myers grounds out to begin another 1-2-3 inning**
tybaltgreen: Rincon is auditioning for a job, eh?
Aaron Gleeman: Fetters must feel like a bigger, sweatier, Wally Pipp right now
coachkentw: Why was Kielty playing a deep SS? Good scouting
Aaron Gleeman: CBS.Sportsline is showing J.C. Romero in his 5th inning of work
tybaltgreen: Nice! And he went 2.2 yesterday too! :)
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, rubber arm

**Bottom of the 8th, still 8-1 Jays**
Aaron Gleeman: Barry got the day off today, it looks like
tybaltgreen: It's Trever Miller
coachkentw: What does he have against Lopez? By the time he gets into a game, he'll be rusty.
Aaron Gleeman: SFs lineup included: Neifi, Pedro Feliz, Ruben Rivera, Yorvit Torrealba,
coachkentw: Better than Milwaukee's
Aaron Gleeman: they are up 5-0
tybaltgreen: Lopez might get the ninth, but Jones is up this inning. So Miller's the natural choice.
Aaron Gleeman: Don't they know Jacque Jones destroys lefties now?

**Jones singles**
tybaltgreen: A massive 140-foot single!
coachkentw: Tosca loves his L-L matchups
Aaron Gleeman: 3-8 with 2 doubles against lefties this year! ah, the beauty of sample sizes

**Gomez singles**
Aaron Gleeman: The wheels are in motion now boys, watch out
coachkentw: "Back to back hits by Trever Miller" -- Faulds
tybaltgreen: I think Faulds is losing it... he just called "back-to-back hits by Trever Miller"
tybaltgreen: jinx
Aaron Gleeman: LOL
coachkentw: He sure can't pitch. Actually, being used twice in 18 hours isn't for everyone
tybaltgreen: Yeah, but facing Denny Hocking is all the tonic any pitcher needs
tybaltgreen: Hocking is hanging on by his fingernails in this at-bat.
Aaron Gleeman: Hocking takes more called 3rd strikes than anyone, ever.

**Hocking takes a called third strike**
tybaltgreen: So Clemens won #295 today
coachkentw: I hope he breaks his arm
Aaron Gleeman: The Tigers now have Steve Sparks in to try to close the game!
Aaron Gleeman: and he just blew the lead...2-2
coachkentw: Miller doesn't seem to have a plan out there
Aaron Gleeman: Cuddyer is walking quite a bit early this year, I like that.
tybaltgreen: I wonder if Sparks is going to start *and* close for them then?
coachkentw: Or if he does, he can't execute it.

**Miller walks Cuddyer to load the bases with 1 out**
coachkentw: Love those Twins fans; they're noiser now than Jays fans when we're winning

**Mientkiewicz grounds into a double play.**
Aaron Gleeman: that'll shut em up
coachkentw: Aha, that was the plan
tybaltgreen: Good turn by Hudson, he knew he was going to have to step lively.
coachkentw: Carlos leads MLB in pulling his foot off the bag too soon
Aaron Gleeman: Seriously, why would trammell bring in Sparks in the 8th of a 2-1 game, when he has German and Matt Anderson?
coachkentw: There's a stat you won't get elsewhere
coachkentw: He used German already I think
tybaltgreen: I was mentioning that to Aaron the other day. He's actually quite good at pulling in errant throws, he just comes off the bag a lot.
coachkentw: The best live game data is from STATS.com but I don't play their game any more so it's not free. Loved it last year; 30 seconds behind the pitch
tybaltgreen: mlb.com's is quite impressive as well. It just hogs bandwidth and is a little bit slow at times.
Aaron Gleeman: Josh Stewart: 7 hits, 1 run, 1 walk, 1 K
coachkentw: I'll take it.

**Wells grounds out to Mientkiewicz to end the top of the 9th**
coachkentw: That's the best 1B in the game by a mile
Aaron Gleeman: You gotta love a manager of an 0-5 team with a 2-1 lead that is unwilling to bring in his "closer" for more than 1 inning, so he uses a knuckleballer
coachkentw: The Mark Grace comparison is an insult to Minky.
Aaron Gleeman: If he saves Anderson for 9th inning leads, he may not pitch the whole year
coachkentw: Trammell will age 15 years this season
Aaron Gleeman: 3-2 White Sox
Aaron Gleeman: And with that, the Twins and ChiSox are tied in the standings

**Linton comes into the game for the ninth**
Aaron Gleeman: Linton!
coachkentw: I linked to an article from the Syracuse paper that had a good view of Linton's signing.
tybaltgreen: Why do I get the feeling that Tosca is reluctant to use Lopez?
coachkentw: Me too.
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, if you're not gonna use him here...
coachkentw: They said Doug will tell other six-year guys what a fair shake he got, and influence others to sign in the future.

**Kielty grounds out for the first out**
Aaron Gleeman: bobby. :(
tybaltgreen: Mohr's had a nothing game.
Aaron Gleeman: 5-2 White Sox (F@#%%^% Tigers)
tybaltgreen: Admittedly, they handed you guys three wins as well.
coachkentw: First-place Pirates 2, Phils 0
tybaltgreen: Mohr singles! See how that works? I badmouth a guy, and he comes up.
tybaltgreen: Bowa's probably having a conniption in the clubhouse
Aaron Gleeman: He got tossed in the 6th
coachkentw: Good
tybaltgreen: I like him, honestly, less than any other manager in the game.

**Pierzynski grounds out to Hudson**
coachkentw: Nice range by the Dawg
Aaron Gleeman: Now that's a second baseman!
tybaltgreen: Does Rivas get to that, Aaron? Maybe?
Aaron Gleeman: HA
coachkentw: He misses some easy ones though
Aaron Gleeman: My mom just IMed me and said, "Twins Suck."
tybaltgreen: The final out is at the plate.
tybaltgreen: I've got my broom here...
coachkentw: Here, Luis, hit this
tybaltgreen: Terrible terrible swing, two feet outside in the dirt
coachkentw: No thanks
Aaron Gleeman: he stinks!
tybaltgreen: He has some power though

**Rivas takes a called third strike to end the ballgame**
Aaron Gleeman: good take! haha
tybaltgreen: Takes the third strike.
coachkentw: Guessing all the way
tybaltgreen: Jays 8, Twins 1. Well guys, it's too bad we couldn't have had a better game for which to do this.
coachkentw: I had fun
Aaron Gleeman: yeah, maybe we'll do it another time and have a closer game
Aaron Gleeman: it was fun though
tybaltgreen: Great fun. Time for curling! *Women's* curling!
Aaron Gleeman: you crazy canadians
coachkentw: Aaron, we just joined indoor snowmobiling in progress up here
Aaron Gleeman: LOL
tybaltgreen: No postgame, no nothing.
Aaron Gleeman: We have "Shopper's Showcase," but there is a post-game
tybaltgreen: Sonya came in and said, "is that it? No postgame? What is this?"
coachkentw: Hey Craig, Darren Oliver survived Coors yeaterday
Aaron Gleeman: Yeah, that was amazing
tybaltgreen: Yeah, five innings three runs. I'll take it. They had been talking about him starting opening day.
coachkentw: LOL

**And so it ended.**
