Jays Roundup - I Stay Under Glass

I look through my window so bright
I see the stars come out tonight
I see the bright and hollow sky
Over the city's ripped backsides
And everything looks good tonight

An off day yesterday for the Jays, so there's not a great deal of news:

  1. Fordin Notes on Miguel Batista's AAA performance yesterday, Jorge Sequea, and Bruce Chen. Today it's Josh Towers vs. The Tribe.

  2. Larry Millson of the Globe talks hitting with coach Mike Barnett in "Blue Jays want their hitters to work deep into the count".

  3. Richard Griffin looks at a possible AAA juggernaut in "Sky's the limit for '04 Chiefs". Makes me kind of sad I left Rochester; now I won't be able to see these guys beat up on the Redwings.

  4. This one is fun: Geoff Baker interviews Cheer Club favourite Reed Johnson in "Leading off for the Jays".

  5. Here's a Jays preview that you may be interested in. I'm really looking forward to the Batter's Box season preview. Unfortunately, the other Box staffers won't give me a preview copy!

No more politics talk. It gets people cranky. So here's my topic suggestion: Anybody won any Roll Up The Rim prizes? I won consecutive donuts yesterday! 2 for 2. Can anyone top that? :)
