My prediction for tonight's game: A 6-5 Jays win due to a strange play or two.

Fordin Notes on the moves that sent Cash and Cat to the DL, Nakamura to Syracuse and Estalella, Chulk, and Rios to the big club. Please feel free to add your thoughts about the moves to our Blue Jays Roster Moves thread, which already has 30 posts. The Jays were in a tough spot for outfielders with Cat on the DL. Gross can't play the outfield right now due to an arm injury, and Marvin Benard can't be called up without taking someone off the 40-man roster. Still, though, I'd like to see promotions made based on merit, and a guy with an on-base percentage of .292 hasn't earned it.

Tonight's 7:05 PM EST start at the Dome should be a classic. The 7-1 lefty Jarrod Washburn for the 29-17 Angels is facing the defending Cy Young champ Roy Halladay for the 19-27 Blue Jays. As usual, Mr. Fordin has a game preview. Is the Cheer Club planning anything for tonight's game?
