Todays minor league report is short and not so sweet. The good guys were 0-3.

Syracuse - All Star Break

New Hampshire - All Star Break

Fisher Cat Notes

Brevard County 5 Dunedin 4

Neomar Flores had been pitching well but yesterday was a setback. Flores allowed six runs in 4.1 innings. Dunedin could only get three hits off the Fort Myers pitchers. Ron Davenport and Scott Dragicevich each had a hit and a walk. A Miguel Negron double was the other hit.

Charleston - Rained Out, double-header day today

Auburn 3 Batavia 4 - 12 innings

A rare game for Auburn, the bats were silent, just eight hits in twelve innings and a loss. Mike MacDonald started and gave up one run in four innings on five hits. Kristian Bell allowed two runs in three innings. Joey McLaughlin pitched the eighth, ninth and tenth without allowing a run. Jayson Rodriguez conceded the winning run in his second inning of work.

Auburn scored their first run in the third, Curtis Thigpen singled to drive home David Corrente. In the fifth Thigpen homered. In the seventh Thgpen again singled to drive in Ryan Klosterman. Auburn could get nothing going in extra innings and suffered their fifth loss of the season.

Pulaski 5 Johnson City 12

Yesson Berroa was bombed, six hits, two homeruns in 2.1 innings. He was followed by Raymon Sanchez and Edward Rodriguez both of whom conceded runs also.

Down 8-0 after three innings, Pulaski never got it close. Yuber Rodriguez was 2-5 with a triple and a home run, four RBI's. Luke Hetherington also homered and drew a walk.
