If you're here and reading this, well, good, and welcome (or welcome back) to Batter's Box. Now, there are several ways currently open to you to contribute to several ongoing Batter's Box projects.
1. Batter's Box Blue Jay Players Of The Year
An annual tradition continues this year as we invite you (and all baseball fans) to vote on the Batter's Box Blue Jay Players of the Year -- at both the major league and minor league levels. Find out how.
2. Joaq the Vote
Be sure to participate in choosing the only completely original Batter's Box MLB-wide award -- the Andujar, also known as "the youneverknow." Meet the finalists, then go ahead and vote. It's in poll format, so it's so easy even John Rocker could do it. Voting is scheduled to conclude at noon on Dec. 23.
3. Ask Spike
New Blue Jay pitcher Spike Lundberg has already responded to a number of questions, live here on Da Box. We're arranging another e-mail interview with him, so if you didn't get a chance to post your question, or would prefer to do it "Behind the Scenes" anyway, send it along with "Question for Spike" in the subject line and we'll see about addressing it in the next installment.
4. New Year's Resolutions
Got a suggestion for a "New Year's Resolution" for a particular Jay or for the club in general? We'll post an open thread on Jan. 1 for contributions, but we'd like some starter material. Keep it clean! But send it along with "Blue Jays 2005" in the subject line.
