HoN Challenge: Baseball's Body of Work

Consider: Greg Legg, IF, 1986-87 Phillies. Rollie Fingers, Hall of Fame reliever. Roy Face, All-Star closer, 1960s Pirates. Armando Benitez, All-Star closer, active.

That's right, it's time to build our all-body-parts Hall of Names team (and presumably Tom Cheek will be calling the games). As you can see ...

... with Mr. Legg, correct spelling is optional (Welcome aboard, All-Star 2B Tommy Herr!), and as with Mr. Benitez, a partial name is acceptable. However, we will accept the misspelled single word (Barry Foote) over the partial word (Clyde Barfoot) and the all-too-common body-part nicknames (Footsie Blair) are right out.

With Benitez and Face setting up Fingers, this team already has one of the best back ends of a bullpen in the history of the game. But who else is on this team? From head to toe, who belongs?

Remember, we're looking for nine everyday players (including a DH). six bench players (C, COR, MID, OF, OF, UTIL) and a five-man rotation with a five-man bullpen. Go!
