Tim McCleary's contract which expires in December, will not be renewed, according to the Toronto Sun. Thanks to Brent S for the heads-up.
McCleary was with the Jays for 10 years, and was their point man on rules and contracts issues, having worked for a significant period in the Commissioner's office. Sal Butera was recently appointed assistant GM, but his area of focus appears to be somewhat different from McCleary's. Further changes may be in the offing.
