Mother nature forced the early end to one game and canceled another one altogether... The full-season affiliates went 2-for-2, while the Gulf Coast League scores (a double-header) were unavailable for the original posting of the nightly wrap.

Louisville 4 Syracuse 3

Mike MacDonald took the loss after allowing four runs on nine hits over 4.1 innings. Chris George worked two scoreless innings and struck out three. Robinzon Diaz returned to Syracuse and went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Danny Sandoval went 2-for-5 and scored a run. Curtis Thigpen played first base and made two errors.

New Hampshire 4 Trenton 3 (7 innings)

Mother Nature forced the game to end after seven innings, which allowed Brandon Magee to win his fourth game of the season (to go with 11 losses). He allowed three runs in seven innings on six hits and two walks. Eric Nielsen went 2-for-2 with two doubles and two RBI. Kyle Phillips was 1-for-1. Travis Snider and J.P. Arencibia were both 0-for-3 with a strikeout.

Tampa 2 Dunedin 1

Ray Gonzalez threw a solid game and allowed just one run on six hits and two walks over seven innings. He also struck out three. Celson Polanco took the loss after allowing a run in one inning of work. Marcos Cabral led the offence with two hits. Adam Calderone was 1-for-3 with a double. Brian Dopirak made his 11th error of the season at first base.

Lansing 6 Quad Cities 1

Brian Letko was in control the entire night and allowed just one run during a complete game. He allowed just fours hits and two walks, while striking out four batters. Justin Jackson continued his hot hitting and went 2-for-5 with two runs scored, but he also made two errors. Raul Barron and David Cooper each had two hits, with the first baseman adding three RBI. Eric Eiland was 2-for-4 with a run scored.
