A quiet night in the minors as Syracuse and NH had the day off. The remaining 4 affiliates split their 4 games.

Syracuse - Day off

New Hampshire - Day off

Dunedin 7 at Fort Myers 2

Brad Emaus went 3-4 to lead the way for the D-Jays. He's put together a pretty solid year and is currently hitting .288/.368/.436. Cabral and Quintana each had a pair of hits.

Nate Starner got the start and pitched 5 innings giving up just a single unearned run. He struck out 6 and walked 1.

Dayton 7 at Lansing 8

After 3 decent starts in a row Trystan Magnuson had another poor outing, giving up 3 runs in 4.2 innings. He gave up 7 hits and no walks while striking out 2.

Mastroianni and Baksh each had two hits. Baksh is fairing better the second time around in Lansing with an OPS of .935 this year (in 76 ABs) compared to .592 last year (180 ABs).

Auburn 0 at Jamestown 6 (7 innings)

For getting shut out and having just 6 hits three Doubledays had multi-hit days: McDade, Amar, and Kervin. McDade continues to hit well since being sent down from Lansing.

GCL Tigers 7 at GCL Jays 2

Second round pick Kenny Wilson had a couple hits. He hasn't been hitting well since the draft (.182/.308/.248), but he seems to have a decent eye at the plate.

Balbino Fuenmayor, who turns 19 in November, also had two hits and is hitting .299/.364/.445 on the year. Playing in Lansing to begin next year will be a good sign.

3 Stars!:
3 - Jonathan Baksh
2 - Nate Starner
1 - Brad Emaus
