With Kyle Drabek set to make his major league debut Wednesday night comes word that the man he was traded for will get to return to his old stomping grounds next season.   According to bluejays.comRoy Halladay and the Philadelphia Phillies will be in town for the Canada Day weekend.

The Blue Jays will open the 2011 season at home against the Minnesota Twins on Friday, April 1.  As far as the interleague schedule goes, the Houston Astros will finally play a regular season game in Toronto as they come to town May 20-22 for the "rivalry" weekend.  It'll be a chance to get a live look at almost Blue Jay Brett Wallace.  That leaves the San Diego Padres as the only team that have yet to pay a visit to the Blue Jays nest, something that should have been done this year but the tall foreheads at MLB scheduled the games in San Diego instead.

The Jays National League opponents on the road will be Cincinnati, Atlanta and St. Louis.  Before the Philllies come to T.O., the other team from the state of Pennsylvania - the Pittsburgh Pirates - will be here June 28-30 for the first time since 2003.  The team will end their season on the road with a three game set against the White Sox September 26-28.  The final regular season home game is September 22 against the Los Angeles Angels.  You can see the month-by-month schedule right here.  Start times are the usual 7:07 p.m. for weeknight games, 1:07 p.m. for weekend games and 12:37 p.m. for the odd weekday matinee.

MLB.com has a preliminary look at the overall schedule for next season as well.  What do you think about the 2011 schedule, Bauxites?
