Three coaching gigs have been filled, and you'll certainly recognize a couple of names.
From Shi Davidi's Twitter, via RotoWorld, the Jays have hired Don Wakamatsu as Bench Coach, Torey Lovullo as First Base Coach, and Pat Hentgen as the new Bullpen Coach.
Wakamatsu, recently taking the fall in Seattle, was thought to still be in the running for the Mets open managerial spot but instead he'll sit beside John Farrell here in Toronto. As for Hentgen, I can't see how he wouldn't make a good Bullpen Coach.
