Today's POTD looks at the twice-drafted Blue Jay.

Brad Mills delivers against the Tampa Bay Rays at the Dome August 7.

Mills was taken by the Blue Jays in the 22nd round of the 2006 amateur draft and again in the fourth round of the the 2007 draft.

Mills gave up five runs in four innings but got a no-decision in the Jays 17-11 win over Tampa Bay.

Mills and his stats shown on the Jays left field scoreboard prior to a September 23 relief appearance against Seattle.

Mills entered the game in the sixth inning in relief of starter Shawn Hill.

This was one of Mills' four appearances out of the Blue Jays bullpen in 2010.

Mills gave up just one hit in a scoreless frame to get the hold and help preserve a 1-0 victory over Seattle.

Brad Mills made three starts and four relief appearances for Toronto in 2010.  The 25 year-old lefty from Mesa, Arizona went 1-0 with a 5.64 earned run average and struck out 18 batters over 22 1/3 innings with a WHIP of 1.478.  The 5-foot-11 hurler earned his first major league win with seven shutout frames against the Orioles at the Dome July 28.   He was the #18 prospect in the Batter's Box Top 30 Prospects in the Jays farm system.  In case you were wondering why I call Mills "Strasburg Canada", click here for the story.
