Today's POTD takes a look at the Jays most recent win of the walk-off variety.

Adam Lind holds Sam Fuld at first base after Fuld started the game with a single off lefty Jo-Jo Reyes.  He would score the game's first run and cross the plate three times thanks to a three-hit night with a pair of stolen bases.

Johnny Damon stands at the plate while catcher J.P. Arencibia behind the dish.  Damon had two doubles and a run batted in.

Jayson Nix started the game at second base for Toronto.

However, Nix was taken out on a slide by Sean Rodriguez at second on a 5-4 fielder's choice in the second inning.  He would leave the game and be placed on the 15-Day Disabled List with a left shin contusion.  Surrounding Nix from left to right are the trainer, manager John Farrell, third baseman Edwin Encarnacion, shortstop Yunel Escobar and right fielder Jose Bautista.

Nix's replacement was John McDonald and he was not having a stellar night at the plate when he came up to bat in the eleventh inning.

McDonald came to bat with pinch-runner Chris Woodward at first base.  Woodward was making his first appearance in a Toronto uniform since 2004 as he replaced the much-maligned Juan Rivera on the basepaths.  Rivera's average had dipped below .100 before his single to start off the eleventh.

Woodward, the Jays 54th round pick in the 1994 amateur draft, is welcomed home by a mob of Jays after scoring the winning run.

John McDonald also gets mobbed at the dish as his two-run homer to left scored Woodward to give the Jays their second walk-off win of the homestand and third of the season.

JaysVision says it all.

The final totals.
