Some high scoring affairs on the farm. Lansing and Dunedin were in the double digits for runs, while New Hampshire and the GCL squad were shut out. Overall, the farm was 5-2.

BUFFALO 6 Scranton/WB 5

Darrell Ceciliani hit two homeruns and the Bisons tallied twelve hits to sneak past the home RailRiders. Matt Dominguez, Jesus Montero, Melky Mesa, Wilkin Castillo, and David Adams all had two hits. Chris Leroux pitched six innings of four run baseball.

PORTLAND 11 New Hampshire 0

New Hampshire did not fare well last night. Conner Greene got hit around in four and a third and the team kicked the ball around. Seven of Portland’s eleven runs were earned. Rowdy Tellez persevered and collected three hits. Derrick Loveless had two.

Clearwater 3 Dunedin 10

When your leadoff hitter and cleanup hitter go 0’fer yet you still score ten runs—that’s a good evening at the plate. Anthony Alford and Ryan McBroom were hitless, but every other Dunedin hitter reached by way of hit. Chris Rowley pitched five innings of two run baseball.

Dayton 9 LANSING 14

High scoring affair in Lansing. Angel Perdomo and Tom Robson got hit around, but the Lugnuts banged out fourteen hits including a big fly from Ryan Hissey. Just about every Lugnuts’ hitter deserves a mention with the exception of Juan Kelly who experienced a golden sombrero.

Vancouver v Salem-Keizer RAIN

DANVILLE 7 Bluefield 1

Not too much to report in Bluefield. Earl Burl III had two hits. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went hitless. Yennsy Diaz pitched five and two-thirds of three run (two earned) baseball. He struck out seven and walked one.

GCL Yankees East 0 GCL BLUE JAYS 7

Joel Espinal pitched a one-hitter over six innings. Bo Bichette doubled, Antony Fuentes and Alfredo Bohorquez both collected two hits.
