A quiet night for the #BlueJays affiliates with just two games played but a productive one as they won both. Buffalo, New Hampshire and Lansing had the night off.

Dunedin 5 Charlotte 4

The D-Jays rallied from a 4-0 deficit with three runs in the fourth and two in the fifth. Bradley Jones provided the winning margin with a two-run home run. He also added a pair of singles.  Joshua Palacios and John La Prise had two hits apiece. Kacy Clemens and Riley Adams had a hit and a walk. Kevin Smith was 1-for-5.

Zach Logue gave up four runs over the first three innings but pitched one out into the seventh for his first win as a Dunedin Blue Jay. He gave up seven hits and plunked a batter but struck out five and walked nobody. Fellow lefty Jake Fishman stranded a runner for Logue and struck out two over 1-2/3 scoreless frames, working around two hits and a walk. Jackson McClelland worked a 1-2-3 ninth for the save.

DSL Blue Jays 8 DSL Reds 4

The Jays gained revenge from a 17-0 beatdown by the Reds with a come-from-behind victory. Down 4-2, the Jays responded with a run in the sixth and five more in the seventh. Alberto Rodriguez was 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI. Jose Rivas and Rainer Nunez had two hits apiece with Rivas pilfering two bags.

Junior Guzman gave up all four runs over six innings on seven hits and three walks while whiffing four. Miguel Olivo scattered three hits and struck out one over three shutout innings for the win.
