Bo Knows RBI's

Bo Bichette drove in five runs in one inning, leading Buffalo to the only affiliate win on the night. Jon Harris was hit by a pitch and taken out while taking the loss. Dunedin lost a close one. Lansing were wellbeaten. Adam Kloffenstein pitched well for Vancouver but it wasn't enough. Bluefield were blown out early.

Indianapolis 8 Buffalo 11

Bo Bichette was the hitting star in this game. He was 3-5 with five RBI, all five RBI came in the same inning with a three run home run and two run single. Socrates Brito and Jordan Patterson each hit a two run home run. Richard Urena was 2-4 with two RBI. Anthony Alford was 0-5 with two K's.

Ryan Feierabend pitched six innings conceding three runs with seven K's. It was one of his better starts since his major league time. Dusty Isaacs and Kirby Snead allowed three and two runs after the Bisons built an 11-3 lead.


Binghamton 4 New Hampshire 2

The Fisher Cats hitters could only muster four hits. Santiago Espinal doubled in the two runs.

Jon Harris started and only pitched two innings as he was hit in the leg by a pitch. He was charged with three runs. William Oullette had to pick up the slack going four innings with one run scored off him.


Palm Beach 5 Dunedin 4

Dunedin came out just short of a close game. Joey Murray went five innings, gave up two runs and picked up six K's. Mike Ellenbest took the loss.

Dunedin had eight hits. Demi Orimoloye had two, including his third home run. It was a bright spot in a disappointing season. Alejandro Kirk and Jesus Navarro also had two hits each.


Lansing 2 Dayton 7

Sean Wymer has not pitched well this season and that continued on Thursday. Nine hits off him in his five innings and a bit led to five runs. Marcus Reyes immediately tacked on two more and the Lugnuts were down 7-2, a hole they would not get out of.

Offensively Gabriel Moreno was the only hitter with two hits. He drove in one of the two runs.One of his hits was a triple.



Eugene 3 Vancouver 0

The C's had five hits,two hitters had all of them. Luis De Los Santos was 3-4, one a double. Trevor Schwecke had the other two, again one was a double.

Adam Kloffenstein didn't have a good first start, this was much better. 3.2 innings,one hit, four K's. Nicolos Medina took the loss with two runs allowed, Josh Almonte conceded the third.


Bluefield 6 Elizabethton 13

Felipe Castaneda had a start to forget. He was gone in the third inning with six runs on his record. He was followed by Juan Acosta who got four outs but allowed four runs. The best Blue Jay pitcher was 21 year old Gaudy Ramirez who had five strikeouts in his seven outs.

Leonardo Jimenez was 3-5 and is hitting .417 in a small sample. Scotty Bradley had two hits.
