Yesterday the affiliates won six games, today none. Yesterday there were seven games, today just two with two games rained out. Yesterday the pitchers were outstanding, today not so much. Both loses today came via the walk-off. Old friend Josh Palacios came back to extract revenge on the org that lost him on waivers.

Buffalo 10 Rochester 11 - 10 innings

Hartford at New Hampshire - postponed

Vancouver at Tri-City - postponed

Dunedin 7 Tampa 8

This is what I noted from yesterday's games.

Logan Warmoth hit a grand slam in the top of the first to give the Bisons a 4-0 lead. By the end of the fourth the Bisons were down 10-4. They came back to tie the game and send it to extra innings but they lost. They lost on an RBI single from Josh Palacios. Palacios also hit a three run home run earlier in the game.

Nick Allgeyer had a rough game after two good starts. He allowed nine runs in three innings on twelve hits.

Nathan Lukes had three hits. Warmoth, Samad Taylor, Cullen Large and Mallex Smith had two hits each.

Dunedin were down 3-0 after two innings. Michael Dominguez was a little rough early, five hits and a walk over those first two innings. He settled down to go five innings with his last three innings being very good.

Tampa outhit Dunedin 14-5 but needed a walk off in the bottom of the ninth to win. In part the game was close because Tampa made seven errors leading to six unearned runs.

Damiano Palmegiani had the only Dunedin extra base hit, a double, in three at-bats. He also walked twice. Hitting .379 he is Dunedin's leading hitter.
