It was Ricky Tiedemann night for New Hampshire and it wasn't a good start. His defense didn't help but he allowed four hits in just over two innings before he was removed from the game. It was a forgettable night for New Hampshire. Buffalo had good pitching from Ross Stripling and Julian Merryweather, and others, and that got them a win. Dunedin had lots of hits, enough for a win. Vancouver had an eighth inning blow up that cost them the game.

This is what I noted from yesterday's games.
Ross Stripling pitched five shutout innings. Julian Merryweather went one inning.
The Bisons had just six hits by six different hitters. LJ Talley had a triple, Otto Lopez a double.
Ricky Tiedemann had a rough outing, or a not so bad one where the ball found the gaps. An error by Tyler Keenan on the first hitter got things off to a bad start. A single and a sac fly followed. A triple led off the second and another sac fly made it 2-0. The first two hitters of the third singled and Tiedemann was yanked having thrown 44 pitches. Juan Nunez came on and immediately gave up a home run making it four runs off Tiedemann in two plus innings.
Meanwhile the bats were "Toronto quiet", just one hit through eight innings. It was a single by Davis Schneider. In the ninth Sebastian Espino singled and Will Roberston doubled him to third. A Schneider ground out scored the run.
Sem Robberse had an excellent start for Vancouver. In five innings he had three baserunners, two hits and a walk. Unfortunately one of the hits was a home run. Meanwhile the Eugene starter Nick Swiney, went five perfect innings with eight K's. Matt Svanson and TJ Brock followed Robberse and preserved the close game. In the top of the seventh a walk and a hit batter setup Rainer Nunez to single in a run. Riley Tirotta then went deep for a three run home run to give the C's a 4-1 lead. But in the bottom of the eighth Connor Cooke was taken deep twice and gave up six runs in total and that was the game.
The C's had just four hits, Rainer Nunez had two.
It was a mix of the old and new hitters who helped Dunedin win. Ryan McCarty hit his first home run, a solo shot and added a single. Cade Doughty had two hits and three RBI. Josh Kasevich also had two hits. "Old guy" Estiven Machado was 3-5.
