Of note, Addison Barger doubled home Buffalo's first run. Trent Thornton struck out four over two one-hit innings for the win in relief of Drew Hutchison Otto López was 0-fot-5.

Adam Kloffenstein scuffled again by giving up six runs (four earned) on five hits and four walks over four frames. Damiano Palmegiani took one for the team twice and walked twice. Loe Jiménez was plunked once and is batting .294 to start the year. Steward Berroa was 2-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBI in the number nine spot.

Peyton Williams was 2-for-2 with two doubles and two walks, Tucker Toman was thrown out at home plate to prevent Williams from getting a third RBI. Toman had an RBI groundout.
