Paxton Schultz surrendered two solo home runs over six innings among eight hits and a walk. He struck out two and got seven outs on the ground. Jay Jackson and Yosver Zulueta worked scoreless frames with Zulueta plunking a batter before getting an inning-ending double play. Otto Lopez was 2-for-5 with an RBI single in the ninth. Nathan Lukes was 2-for-4 and Davis Schneider singled and walked. Each of them stole a base but Schneider was picked off at first. Tanner Morris was on base three times with a single and two walks.

Leo Jiménez had a two-run single and two walks atop the order while Orelvis Martinez continues to heat up with a 3-for-4 performance that included a double out of the number-two spot. Nick Fraze scattered a hit and two walks and struck out four over 3-2/3 shutout innings. Gabriel Ponce stranded a runner and tossed 2-1/3 innings of shutout relief with three punchouts for the win. Adrian Hernández had a perfect seventh. Mason Fluharty put up a zero in the eighth with a walk and a K. Connor Cooke coughed up a solo shot but struck out the side.

The first eight hitters in the C's batting order all had at least one hit and number nine hitter Estiven Machado was hit by a pitch twice and contributed an RBI. Alan Roden had three hits out of the leadoff spot. Michael Turconi had two hits, a walk and two RBI. Dasan Brown went 2-for-5 with an RBI double and is hitting .304 so far in the month of June. Michael Dominguez gave up just one run over 3-2/3 innings on two hits and two walks with one strikeout but needed 73 pitches to do it. Naswell Paulino stranded a Dominguez runner and though he gave up three runs (two earned) in 2-1/3 innings, he got the win. Braden Scott came off the injured list to strikeout the side to overcome a two-out double. Sam Ryan gave up a hit and a plunk before putting up two zeros.

Tucker Toman had an RBI double and two walks and stole a base to nudge his OPS to .701 out of the leadoff spot. Ryan McCarty also had two hits and stole a base to boost his OPS to .808. Glenn Santiago doubled twice and Robert Robertis had an RBI triple among his two hits but is still eight points away from the Mendoza Line. Alex Amalfi was mauled for five runs, including a grand slam, over four innings and struck out five. Lazardo Estrada, Michael Brewer and Keiner Leon did not keep it close out of the bullpen.

Luis Garcia homered and tripled and Jean Joseph had two doubles among his three hits for the Florida Complex League squad. Yhoangel Aponte had two hits and three RB and Adrian Pinto walked twice. Nolan Perry gave up a three-run homer and allowed four runs in total but lasted five innings and whiffed five for the win. Joey Murray worked the sixth and gave up a solo shot.

In the Dominican, David Guzman had three hits in the leadoff spot with an HBP and Faruk De La Cruz also put up a three in the hit column. Enmanuel Bonilla had two knocks with an RBI. Daniel Perez was 2-for-5 with three RBI. Eduar Gonzalez was the winning hurler by stranding a runner and whiffing three over 3-1/3 shutout innings.
