Buffalo had the bats working again scoring nine runs in their win. New Hampshire scored six runs early but the bullpen gave up six runs in the last three innings to turn a win into a loss. Dunedin, like Buffalo, scored nine runs in their win. Vancouver were the only team that didn't have a big offensive game, and they lost. The best pitching performance came from Michael Dominguez who struck out nine in 5.2 innings.

NOTES

Gabriel Ponce made his first AAA start in another bullpen game for Buffalo. He gave up a run in 2.2 innings. The Bisons used six pitchers.

Rafael Lantigua hit his twelfth home run and was 3-4. Orelvis Martinez had a single and a double. Tanner Morris and Mason McCoy had two hits each.

Michael Dominguez has turned into a prospect as he continues to pitch well for New Hampshire. On Thursday he struck out nine hitters in 5.2 innings. Binghamton had just two hits off him. In four starts in AA, Dominguez has 20 K's in 17 innings and he has only allowed 10 hits.

Damiano Palmegiani hit a grand slam home run in the fifth. In the same inning Miguel Hiraldo doubled in two runs. Steward Berroa, Will Robertson, Andres Sosa and Palmegiani had two hits each. NH had a 6-1 lead in the seventh but TJ Brock gave up a couple in the seventh and Juan Nunez and Troy Watson combined to surrender four in the ninth.

Kevin Miranda gave up six runs in four innings and that was too big a deficit for Vancouver to climb out of. The C's had just six hits. Gabriel Martinez hit his tenth home run.

Dunedin finished the suspended game from Wednesday but were unable to play the regularly scheduled game. Among the six pitchers used was CJ Van Eyk who had one of his best appearances since coming back off the IL. He threw 3.1 innings, gave up a solo home run and struck out four.

Roque Salinas was 3-4 with a walk. He drove in two runs. His average for August is now up to .375. Angel Del Rosario, Jaden Rudd and Braden Barry had two hits each.
