The last homestand is like the last road trip - first the Yankees, then the Rays. The Yankees have now been mathematically eliminated, although Gerrit Cole is still chasing that first Cy Young. The Rays can still catch the Orioles, but they'll need an awful lot of help from Washington and Boston. The Jays appear to be in a comfortable position, with a three game lead on the fading Mariners (with Houston nestled in between.)
