NOTES

The Bisons took the lead thanks to two home runs by Orelvis Martinez. Orelvis had two hits, the other eight hitters had one between them. It is hard to win with three hits. The Bisons did stay ahead until the seventh where Columbus scored six runs. Brendon Little had three baserunners in the seventh while getting two outs. The manager called for Connor Cooke. That blew up in his face. Double, single, home run and the Bisons hopes were gone.

Alek Manoah gave up a two run home run in the first inning but settled down after that. He went 5.2 innings with five K's.

Hitting has become tough for New Hampshire, just four hits on Friday. Andres Sosa hit a two run home run accounting for all the runs. Devereaux Harrison started and gave up two runs in five innings.

Vancouver led 6-4 heading to the bottom of the eighth. Johnathan Lavallee gave up four runs. Geison Urbaez started and went 4.1 innings. Eugene scored three runs off him, just one earned as Urbaez himself made two errors.

Jeffrey Wehler, who was off to a slow start, went 3-4 with a home run. Dasan Brown had two hits following his four hit game on Thursday. Ryan McCarty also had two hits.

It wasn't a good day to be a Dunedin pitcher. Fernando Perez started and gave up four runs, three earned, in 4.1 innings. Eliander Alcalde gave up five in 1.2 innings.

For the offense Roque Salinas had three hits, one double. Riley Tirotta walked four times. Bryce Arnold had two hits, Ricardo Balogh had three. Christian Feliz homered once and struck out three times.
