Notes

Josh Kasevich found his batting stroke with three hits and four RBI, including a solo home run to open the scoring. He is hitting .383 with an OPS of .939. Devonte Brown had a triple among his three hits and Miguel Hiraldo had a double among his two safeties along with a stolen base. Alan Roden had a ground-rule RBI double. Trenton Wallace worked around two hits and four walks by striking out five over three shutout innings. Abdiel Mendoza was the winning pitcher, giving up one run over four frames and recording seven outs on the ground. Trevor Clifton rang up four batters over two scoreless frames.

Glenn Santiago—assigned to Vancouver from New Hampshire—had a solid debut for the C's with two hits and a walk. Jackson Hornung had the other two-hit night. Jace Bohrofen and Ryan McCarty had the other hits. Dasan Brown drew a walk and stole a base. Chris McElvain coughed up four runs (three earned) over four innings on six hits but struck out three and got seven outs on the grass. Rafael Ohashi faced the minimum nine batters over three innings. He plunked a hitter but wound up picking him off to go along with six outs on the dirt. Conor Larkin and Naswell Paulino each struck out a batter in their respective innings.

Edward Duran and Alexis Hernandez had RBI singles in a three-run Dunedin first. Dunedin took the lead with a double steal executed by Manuel Beltre and Roque Salinas along with a throwing error. Hernandez also stole a bag. Tucker Toman had a base knock but Arjun Nimmala was 0-for-4 with two strikeouts. Connor O'Halloran was charged with four runs on four hits and three walks while striking out five over five innings. Sebastian Espino struck out two and Eliander Alcade did likewise over one and two shutout innings respectively.
