NOTES

Buffalo's first game was the completion of Wednesday's rain interrupted game. It was ugly, Sam McDowell the catcher had to pitch the ninth. Will Robertson had three hits including his seventh home run.

Orelvis Martinez struck out four times in game one. He turned it around in game two going 2-2 with a walk and hitting his 12th home run, a three run shot in the first inning. He added a double and drove in four runs total. Andrew Bash started but didn't get the win as he only went 4.2 innings.

New Hampshire's first game went nine innings before Josh Kasevich singled in the winning run. Kasevich, Phil Clarke and Alex De Jesus each had two hits. Trenton Wallace started, went six inning, and Somerset scored three runs off him.

In game two Rainer Nunez got the scoring started with a two run home run in the second inning. It was just his second home run of the season. Michael Turconi, Devonte Brown, Alan Roden and Miguel Hiraldo each had two hits. Nick Fraze made the spot start and went three shutout innings.

Vancouver had just one hit, an Estiven Machado single in the sixth inning. Ryan Jennings went six innings and took the loss by giving up one run on three hits...tough loss to take.

Dunedin had just four hits. Christian Feliz had two of the hits including an inside the park two run home run. Feliz is an unexpected player to have an inside the park home run, in this case the centre fielder hit the wall and collapsed injured. Feliz also doubled. His batting average is still below .200. Grant Rogers went five innings.

The FCL Jays had 12 hits. Peyton Williams, on rehab, had two doubles and a single and drove in four. Enmanuel Bonilla broke out of his mini slump with a single and a double.
