FYI, the players listed are from the ESPN.com depth charts. I did
make one alteration, as there was no backup listed at alll for the Red
Sox and Kotteras was the only other catcher on the 40-man. I suspect
they will sign some veteran backup of some sort, though.

Overall, relatively weak position for the division. I went with NYY, which has both the most established starter (sorry, Jason V.) AND the most established backup, for what that's worth.

Zaun's offensive contribution is the humble walk and it has been since he got here, so he's underrated, and Navarro hit .293/.351/.489 after July 14 and nobody seemed to notice, so he's possibly even more underrated, but this is one call I'm fairly confident in.

Posada's 07 was a year for the ages. Hopefully, it was the only one that good he has in him. Outside of ARod he was the Yank I feared most.
In 07 Zaunnie had medical issues. I expect a reasonably good year in 08, if he's not overused.
