This kind of move is the opposite of what JP would do. Things need to be done differently just to have the chance at a fantastic player working out in CF or other premium positions. I want to see exciting players come up and perform too.
Unless you have seen both these guys play a bit, it's pretty hard to evaluate this trade and say anything other than "I don't know"..
Let's hope this trade was more about acquiring an awesome talent, and less about the Jays wanting to get rid of a diminishing asset .....
