The last four guys off the ballot were Roy Oswalt (Not with Clemens and Pettitte around), Chris Capuano -- yes, Chris Capuano -- who is having a fine season but no Milwaukee Brewer is going to win the Cy this year, TIm Hudson, who is having a nice year but if an ex-A wins, it will be Mulder and Pedro Martinez, who is the best pitcher on a contending team that will not make the playoffs, and face it, who this year has not been Pedro.
