I am the (so far) sole Yankee vote so far. I will admit that I am not positive I am rooting for them to win this year ... more on that later this week.

I'm pulling for a Cinci - Texas final. I really want to see some different teams going at it.

Despite the Jays pounding them the Twins traditionally have done well in the playoffs.

I voted Atlanta.  They're not the best ballclub, and I certainly wouldn't bet on it unless you gave me wonderful odds, but there would be a certain poetry if Jason Heyward was the hero as Bobby Cox left the scene.  The new and the old.

I want "the revenge of cliff lee series" where texas beats philly.

The AL chauvinist in me picked Tampa. My loyalties are undecided. I'm rooting for the Rangers, Twins, not sure and not sure in round 1.

Holy overwhelming vote.

I guess that's a combination of the Phillies looking like the clear NL favorite and a certain ace pitcher.

But it's a crap shoot so I'm going Rangers!

I really like the 3 headed monster of Halladay, Hamels, and Oswalt for the Phillies. Those are three excellent pitchers, all on a roll.

Oswalt since joining the Phillies -- 1.74 ERA, .895 WHIP, 82 and 2/3rds IP with 83 K's

Hamels in the 2nd half -- 2.23 ERA, 1.003 WHIP, 96 and 2/3rds IP with 104 K's

And well, we all know a bit about that Doc fellow.

I can see the Giants matching up with them in an exciting NLDS - Lincecum, Cain, and Sanchez ain't too shabby either.

I don't like the staffs on any of the AL teams. Lee/Lewis/Wilson is good but not great (Lee is great). Sabathia, Petitte and Hughes? Liriano, Pavano and Baker (although Baker has been on a roll the last 2-3 weeks)?

Anyways, this is shaping up to be an exciting post season. Should be good times!

I voted for the Yankees. I'm going for a bath.

In the playoffs, youjustneverknow. I voted Phils for their front 3, and because I want Roy to have his ring. Go Doc!
