Other classics I'd love to see are Wrigley (been outside it but never inside) and Kaufman Stadium (KC).  Dodgers is tempting too, but not in the same way.

Not sure what your work schedule is like, but there are tickets available for the Mariners game on May 2nd.  You can take the day off and make a 3-day weekend in NY.

I voted other as well. It may not be the best stadium, but it has the most history and I'm very, very sad to see it go. At least I got tickets to 3 games this year. 2 of them against our beloved Jays.

Will be making my first and last pilgrimage to the old barn on September 20, the penultimate regular season game of the season versus the O's.

I hope to be rooting for them to miss the playoffs at that date. It would destroy me if the O's made the playoffs.

Jarry Park was a crummy park, let's be frank. But it holds nostalgic appeal to me since it was where I saw my first games, including a Tom Seaver 1-0 shutout of the Expos. Ah Mack Jones, Coco Laboy, Rusty Staub, John Boccabella, Boots Day... those were some names, even if the team was lousy.

Chuck, that's the literal translation. French grammar often does not translate literally into english as German might and it is definitely Parc Jarry me manque. "Parc Jarry, je te manque" would be incorrect as well: it would be "Parc Jarry, tu me manques."

I was at Yankee Stadium in 1965, before the renovation, sat in the upper deck behind third base and soaked in the ambience as a 16 year old. Now, that was the ballpark.

VBF, is there still a train to Grand Central from Toronto? In honour of the occasion, why not travel in style? Then hop on the DD Express, transfer at 125th Street, and there you are. That's how I remember it.  It may be surprisingly affordable.

The ironic thing is that the last sporting event in Yankee Stadium history will most likely be a New York Ranger game this winter.  Yankee Stadium should close after a baseball game.

I voted other.  I made a visit during the Blue Jays series there last July, and it was a great experience.  While I got a lot of looks for wearing my Blue Jays ball cap, most people just came up to me and asked, 'What, you from out of town or something?  Well, I guess ya gotta cheer for your team, but I hope they lose!'  Big Troy had a great game, but Josh Towers made sure the home fans went home happy.  I'm glad I had a chance to see a game there.
