I said "other".  I don't think he'll win 250.  I don't think he'll start multiple all-star games and might not win a Cy Young.  I do think, however, that he'll be more than a solid #3 guy with a nice career.  I'm sure there are lots of solid #1 or #2 pitchers who don't win 250 games or the Cy Young.  Perhaps AJ Burnett is a reasonable comparable (sans surgery, hopefully).

Multiple AS games/A Cy young.  I think the guy has the potential to be that good.

You don't have to be a great pitcher to win 250 games, you have to be special, which means you have to have some combination of talent/be on winning teams/health.
