I voted Cicotte.  It came down to Cicotte or Wilhelm for me.  If Wilhelm had had another year or two starting like he had in 1959, then I'd give him the ball.

Tim Wakefield largely thanks to his big rookie year where they talked of making him pitch on 2 days rest he was so hot heading into and during the playoffs for Pittsburgh (2 starts, 2 complete game wins).  I was kind of surprised looking at BR though, seeing he has a 6.12 ERA in the playoffs overall though.  Sigh.  Memories rarely match reality.
