AL East was +52 last year and I don't see a huge net change for the division. Certainly not all the way down to +26, nevermind the other options.

It'd be nice if this division was minus some year, but I don't know if that'll happen anytime soon.  It's off to a rough start so last year's +52 might be difficult to maintain, but it'll be plus by a large amount.
