Batter's Box respects the privacy of all users and is committed to protecting that privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
In the course of operating Batter's Box, we may collect two types of information about our users: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.
"Personal Information" is personally identifiable information, such as your names, addresses, and email addresses. Personal Information is collected by us only when you choose to provide it to us. Business contact information which we are given in the course of doing business with someone, such as the name, title, or business address of a business or employee of an organization, is not considered Personal Information.
"Non-Personal Information" is information of an anonymous nature, such as an Internet Protocol Address (IP Address), the domain used to access Batter's Box, and the type and version of browser or operating system being used. Non-Personal Information is collected or derived by us in the course of operating Batter's Box. For example, our web server may automatically collect Non-Personal Information which is provided through your browser when you visit Batter's Box.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server may automatically recognize that visitor's domain name. This information is not collected for any use other than to keep statistics, and in certain circumstances to analyze server problems.
We collect only the IP address of those who post comments on Batter's Box. Where users who post comments leave their e-mail addresses and URLs, those are also collected. All e-mail and URL information is voluntarily left by users and is available to all Batter's Box users. The information we collect is used to contact users when necessary, and may be used to improve the content of Batter's Box.

In order to bring you advertisments that are of interest to you, we may create relationships with other companies that we will allow to place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information.

Batter's Box contains links to other websites and services, which may include advertising links. We are not responsible for the content of, or the privacy practices employed by, other companies or websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to Batter's Box.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. Batter's Box takes technical and administrative security steps to protect Personal Information that you provide to us. We instruct all persons with access to your Personal Information that it is to be used only in adherence with the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Batter's Box may from time to time change its Privacy Policy as the site grows and changes. Changes will be effective when notice of such change is posted here, and advance notice will be posted as an article on Batter's Box.
