NOTES

Riley Tirotta had a big game for Buffalo. He was 3-4 with two doubles and four RBI. Rainer Nunez hit a solo home run. Orelvis hit a two run shot in the fifth to break a 4-4 tie. Tirotta's OPS is up to .902 now, but as a mainly first baseman the bar is high. Perhaps if Vlad went on the IL he could get a look.

Andres Tolhurst gave up four runs in three plus innings. Paxton Schultz held the fort for three innings and three more relievers took it home.

New Hampshire have been on home run tear, they hit three in this game. RJ Schreck stayed hot, Jace Bohrofen has been heating up and Jay Harry hit his second. Schreck and Bohrofen are tied with seven. Pinango, Schreck and Ryan McCarty are holding the NH offense together.

It was a day to forget for Vancouver. They were two hit in game one and were outscored by eight runs in game two. Juaron Watts-Brown picked up a tough luck loss im the first game. He struck out eight in five innings and just conceded two hits and one run to take the L.

Kendry Chirinos homered for Dunedin. Chirinos has been hitting well but as a reported 5'11" primarily first baseman he will have to keep getting better and better. Yhoangel Aponte had two doubles and a single.

Colby Martin pitched the last two innings with four K's. He has 18 K's in 13 innings versus five walks. But the most amazing stat is that he has only given up one hit this season. That one hit came on April 13th. Since then Martin has thrown 10.1 innings. There have been several promotions to Vancouver recently but Martin has to be close.
