We head into the all-star break with three games in San Diego. The Jays are 3-3 so far on their west coast trip. The next three will decide whether its a winning trip or a losing one. The Padres are 46-47 and are 3-7 in their last ten games so they are coming in on the colder side. The Jays have a two game, dragon inspired, win streak.

Some of the Padre hitters are not having good season. Xander Bogaerts is hitting .225, Manny Machado sports a .193 BA. Fernando Tatis Jr is hitting .283 but has just five home runs. Does that remind you of anyone?

SCHEDULE

Friday: Bieber vs Sears

Saturday: Yesavage vs Buehler

Sunday: Gausman vs Marquez

All three Jays starting pitchers in this series have had issues recently. Can they each out it together for one more start before the break? And can Vlad, Springer and Kirk get hot in San Diego?
