Vancouver's game in Spokane was scrubbed.

Dunedin lost to Tampa 10-6 in Game 1 of their best-of-three-series. The D-Jays built up a 5-0 lead after the first with Connor Panas clubbing a three-run homer among his two hits. Jake Thomas was 2-for-5 with two RBI. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Edward Olivares also had two-hit games. Bo Bichette singled and walked.

Josh DeGraaf delivered a solid start of two-run ball over six frames, scattering a solo homer among five hits and a walk while striking out seven. Alonzo Gonzalez was gonged for two homers in one-third of an inning. Kirby Snead retired all five hitters he faced with one punchout. Jackson McClelland blew the save in the ninth and was charged with the loss in 1-1/3 innings as Phillip Walby could only strand one of two runners he inherited. McClelland gave up four runs, including a two-run homer.

Poor air quality in Spokane led to the postponement of Game 1 between the Indians and Vancouver. All three games are now scheduled to be played in YVR instead with Games 1 and 2 Wednesday and Thursday and Game 3—if necessary—on Friday.
