Archives Batter's Box Night At The Dome is TONIGHT
We are all set for tonight (Tuesday) at the Dome. Tickets have been purchased and we are "all systems go". Our tickets are in Section 528 (behind the visitors' dugout on the third base side), in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rows.

We are going to meet at Gate 10, which is on the west side of the Dome, away from the heaviest traffic. I will be there from about 6:15 or 6:30, and we are meeting at 6:45, and we'll be heading inside at 6:55. If you miss us, just buy a ticket (they're only $2) for Section 528 or thereabouts and we'll make room!


There are still some free tickets left, so please speak up here or in the original thread if you want one or two. If you don't get one, just buy a ticket for Section 528 or thereabouts, we'll make it work. Also, be prepared to be loud - it's may be a pretty empty Dome (game 2 is always quiet) and we want to let the team know we're here. Anyone wishing to prepare chants, cheers, etc. is welcome to do so.

I'm really looking forward to seeing all of you - and seeing the game, since I won't be there today. If there are questions, etc., please ask them here or at craig@battersbox.ca.

I sent an e-mail around today (Tuesday) morning to everyone whose e-mail I had. Max PArkinson and bird droppings, please send me an e-mail some time today to let me know that you are still confirmed. Don't worry, I will hold your tickets.

I'll probably show up sometime during the first inning, so save two seats for my wife and I.

She'll likely get there before me. She's also dyed her hair Deepest Indigo, and she should have the three panels I'm making today:

Thank you for organizing everything Craig. I will see you around 6:30 but I fear it will be too cold for me to show up in my Jays T-shirt. Almost time for the opening pitch!! and some idiot has scheduled me for a meeting.

I have the Season's Pass, so I can probably get tickets in 428 or thereabouts myself. I usually go with a friend, so the two of us, so I'll try to get him to agree to join the party. Don't wait for us outside, as there's a good chance we'll go up for BP and we can meet you guys at 528. Hopefully this is cool with everyone, and the Jays can rebound from today's letdown.

Hey, I was quoted in The Hardball Times! How cool is that?

Craig, or anyone else who's going, we're going to try like stink to be there on time, but I have a suspicion that we're gonna be late. I'm prepared to go buy my own tickets, but if someone could wait there for us I'd appreciate that too.

Of course, watch us now show up at 6:25 and have everybody worried for nothing.
