Anoiher losing Tuesday on the farm, this is a recording. Buffalo and Dunedin were embarrassed and the FCL Jays lost by a run. The only winners were Vancouver and the DSL Blue squad. New Hampshire and the DSL Red squad were rained out.
Victoria, BC native Sam Shaw had plenty of reason to smile after a perfect night at the plate on Tuesday.

Richard Gallardo gave up a two-run home run among two hits and walked two while striking out three over three innings. Devereaux Harrisonwas dinged for two more runs in two stanzas. All six Bisons hurlers gave up runs, including Conor Larkin coughing up four runs and Pat Gallagher getting pasted for five. William Simoneit had to get the final out but not before surrendering four more runs. Josh Kasevich went 3-for-4 with a double and walk and Davis Schneider drove in three runs with a home run and also drew a walk. Isiah Munguia had a couple of hits and a base on balls. Eloy Jiménez had a base knock and two walks.
Blake Purnell took the loss as he was punished for five runs on four hits and two walks while whiffing four over 4⅔ innings. Diego Dominguez was beaten like a drum to the tune of seven runs in one inning, though four of the runs were unearned. The best mound performances came from Luis Fonseca, who struck out the only batter he faced and by position player Dariel Ramon , who walked one over two shutout innings while facing the minimum. Jake Cook and Blaine Bullard turned in three-hit games with Bullard driving in three and needing a triple for the cycle. Juan Sánchez had an RBI single and stole a base. JoJo Parker was 0-for-4 and made an error at short.

Home runs by Sam Shaw, Alex Stone and Peyton Williams helped Monty's Mounties hold off Everett in a slugfest at The Nat. Sam Shaw was sublime at the dish by going 3-for-3 with two doubles and two walks. Eric Snow opened the scoring in the first inning with a two-run double as he went 3-for-5. Kendry Chirinos was 2-for-3 with a walk and an RBI. All nine C's hitters reached base safely once with eight recording a hit. Dyan Watts managed to limit the damage to a solo home run over four innings but had to work around four hits and three walks. He struck out three and needed 79 pitches to get a dozen outs. Jack Nedrow was knocked around for two home runs and six runs total on sevent hits, walking one and striking out four. Jonathan Todd walked the first two hitters he faced to load the bases in the eighth inning to bring the go-ahead run to the plate. However, he retired the next five hitters he faced to collect the win.
In the FCL, David Guzman had three hits and a stolen base and Kennew Blanco had two knocks and two stolen bases. Pascual Archila was the on-base leader with a single and three walks. Angel Guzman had a hit, a walk and a stolen base on the front end of a double steal that saw Emmanuel Bonilla steal home. Bonilla drew a walk in his six trips to the plate. Colby Holcombe opened with two shutout frames of one-hit ball with one strikeout and Luke Kovacs followed with a perfect third inning in which he struck out two. Seojun Moon was not nearly as fortunate as he was rocked for six runs over 2⅓ innings, including a two-run homer. Sann Omasako was nicked for a run in two innings. Jack Davenport allowed one of two inherited runners to score but tossed 1⅔ shutout stanzas. Edgar Gallegos took the loss.
In the Dominican, Isay Veras had the only two-hit game and Luis Felipe supplied the only extra-base knock with an RBI triple. Juan Caricote and Randy Soto had RBI singles. Fabian Gonzalez singled and stolen a base. José Andrades allowed two runs on five hits with seven strikeouts, four groundouts and no walks. Evington Gasco worked around a walk in a shutout fifth. Manuel Parra allowed a run on a hit, a hit by pitch and two walks in two innings but fanned three to get the win.
