Uber-Met Jose Reyes is "on pace for" 118 RBI and 106 SB, which would be MLB's first 100/100 season since 1887. Your thoughts?

Wow, that'd be cool. 77 (53.10%)
No big deal -- it'll never happen. 67 (46.21%)

For the record, TWO guys pulled it off back in 1887 -- Pete Browning and Charlie Comiskey. The two combined to hit eight homers that year -- four apiece -- while Reyes, not considered a power hitter, is "on pace for" 12 this year by himself, so it is indeed a different game.

It would be pretty cool. However, I think he'll have to take a back seat to Alex Rodriguez's 95 home runs.

Reyes might be slight more likely to accomplish his feat, but I don't expect either to happen.

Reyes, leading off, is more likely to record 100 SB than 100 RBI.  If he lead-off for a strong AL lineup and maintained his newfound plate discipline the 100SB-100RBI club could have a modern day member.

I actually think the RBI mark is more likely - he's done 80 RBI before (last year), but never more than 65 steals.
