Fernando Perez had a nice outing, six innings, one run. Nate Garkow relieved Perez and threw three perfect innings with six K's. He has struck out 30 in 15 innings for Vancouver this season. But he has also walked 12.
Another reliever with three shutout innings was David Guerra for Dunedin. Colby Holcombe had started but didn't last long. Three runs conceded in 3.1 innings.
Earlier this week Devonte Brown was bumped down from NH to Dunedin. He hit a three run home for the Jays in the first inning. Jean Joseph broke a 4-4 tie with a ninth inning solo home run.
In the FCL Andres Arias hit a three run home run. David Beckles was 2-3 with three walks.
