The best result last night was a rain out in Dunedin.

Syracuse 4 at Ottawa 6

Ty Taubenheim got the start for the Chiefs. He was pulled after 3.1 innings and 46 pitches, giving up only a solo HR, perhaps to get ready to be called up to replace Chacin's spot in the rotation. Ben Weber struggled last night, but has put together a nice season so far in Syracuse - 2.70 ERA with a 25/3 K/BB ratio over 26.2 innings.

At the plate Rob Cosby had 2 hits including a solo HR. Figueroa had three hits and Roberts had two hits.

New Britain 8 at New Hampshire 5

The Fisher Cats were down 8-0 heading into the bottom of the ninth and rallied for 5 runs, but it was not enough for the win. Adam Lind struck out to lead off the ninth and struck out with two on to end the ninth. David Smith had 3 hits and no other Fisher Cat had more than one hit.

On the pitching side there wasn't anything too eventful on the night.

Dunedin at Port St Lucie - rained out

They'll play two games today.

Lansing 1 at Burlington 4

Chi-Hung Cheng apparently only pitches on Tuesday. Yesterday's start was a solid outing - 6 innings, 8 Ks, 1 BB, 1 HR, 2 ER.

The Nuts only had two hits on the night - a Shoffit single and a Patton double.

3 Stars!
3 - Luis Figueroa (how often does a 32 year old get a 3 stars vote?)
2 - Chi-Hung Cheng
1 - Rob Cosby
